These work well with our relatively new Liftmaster garage door opener and were easy to program. For some reason, however, after I programmed these 2 new openers, all our other remotes, including the one on the wall, stopped working and required reprogramming. I don’t blame these openers for this quirk, but mention it in case anyone else encounters this situation. The range of use of these is impressive, being at least 100 feet. The only issue I have with our openers was the initial CR2032 battery life was only a couple of months, and changing the battery is difficult. Accessing and changing the battery inside each unit requires use of a jeweler’s Phillips head screwdriver and tweezers or small fingers or long fingernails or magic to remove and replace the 3 tiny screws holding each unit closed & together. 2/21/24 update: reduced my rating by 1 star because the replacement battery, like the original, lasted only a couple of months and took me 15+ minutes to replace. 3/1/24 update: latest battery (brand new) replacement lasted only a couple of weeks. This product is GARBAGE!!!! 11/11/24 update: Used different batteries on last (still difficult) replacement and these have lasted 6 months so far. ... show more

The setup is easy and smooth. Took 1 try for both of my older model garage openers to pair. The only issue is the transmission distance is limited. I can open and close my garage about 30 feet’s away in open area. If I sit in the car, the signal degrades significantly. I will say 20 feets is its limit. Easy to install and program. Cheap quality, but gets the job done. Use your own screws, as the two screws it came with snapped in the wall and had to pull out with pliers. The battery it came with was dead.

setup was easy but on occasion it doesn’t work. Have to wait a moment and try a second or third time. Can’t quite figure out the issue. Other than that it seems week made and fairly priced.
