This product line is great. My hairdresser uses this product line. I thought for the price that this would really make my hair shine…it’s so so on hair shine. It smells very fresh/clean. A little pricey. I like the shampoo and conditioner better than the spray hair shine.

The reviews of this product are all over the place so let me set the record straight: this is very good stuff! Unite is a high end brand and this is the product they finish your hair with in expensive salons. As for the smell, it is hard to categorize. It isn't floral or musky or really like anything I can describe. I like it very much and the only word I can use is that to me it smells expensive. As to it being "oily" as many here complain about, I think they're just spraying way too much on. Good product doesn't have to be loaded on, just a single, distanced (I hold the can at least a foot away from my head), 3-second-max light misting once around the head is all. And keep it away from your roots, they don't need it anyway. The roots of your hair get the natural oil from your skin, it's the dried out ends of your hair that make your hair look dull. ... show more

My favorite blow out place uses this product exclusively for blow outs and flat irons. It's about the same price in their store as Amazon. It's amazing! It truly is a "dry gloss"; once you spray it on your hair it dries fast. It doesn't leave your hair wet or sticky like every other flat iron spray. It leaves your hair straight and glossy.     • Makes hair greasy and is very overpowering.
I bought this because my hair stylist used it on me when I got my haircut and recommended it/used it on me. However it’s not for me. By the the next morning my hair was extremely greasy, and usually after a haircut and shampoo my hair is good for at least 3 days before I need to wash again. At first I didn’t realize it was from this spray, so I still used it when it arrived at my house and X then instantly connected the dots. Also, it gives off a ton of smoke when blow dried and makes me cough like crazy as soon as it’s sprayed. I love this product. I tend to order directly through Unite to ensure I'm getting the real thing. I have fine, curly hair so it frizzes but also gets weighed down easily by product. This glossing spray is super lightweight, adds shine and fights frizz well. I use it on dry hair before and after flat ironing. My only dissatisfaction is that this is not sold in a travel size so when I fly with carry-on only I can't bring it with. ... show more

This is my all-time favorite heat-protectant and I've tried a lot. Just a little spray in the middle of drying and again when flat-ironing and my normally unruly hair is silky smooth!
