I’ve bought this honey before fresh from Chelsea market, but it looks like their location closed down so i decided to try ordering from here bc it was SO good, but this honey must have been sitting in the warehouse for a long time. It came completely crystallized and no matter how much i heated it, it would just immediately re-crystallize when it cooled making it impossible to use. I was never a fan of honey. One of my granddaughters thinks it is the best of foods. I heard it had health benefits for arthritis. I don't know if that is true but figured it couldn't hurt so I would give it a try. OMG! I ordered the lavender and let's just say I am now a convert to honey! What a difference between this honey and store bought. This is so good I could eat it by the spoonful!
