The game glitches a lot, hopefully there will be an update soon that fixes that issue. On the regular level, the game is too easy. I never played a boxing game on PS5 before and figured I should start on the normal level. I didnt lose any fights after about 10 matches. I unlocked several trophies but the game is not realistic in the manner of difficulty level. I am going to increase the level and expect to be beaten but at least there will be a challenge. The graphics are only okay but because of the glitching it makes the game feel like an older generation and takes away even more from the graphics and gameplay. There is not much variation for the damage you do to people, there are a few different cuts that will appear in the same place on every opponent. Also the blood spatter is the exact same for everyone and the same with the face swelling. The more I write about this game, the more I realize I should have waited a couple months before buying it when it will cost fractions less. ... show more

Like all of us Ive been jonesin for a boxing game since fight night 4. Sadly fight night is still head and shoulders above this poorly designed game. Graphics look like its its from 2002. Fight mechanics from 1997. Every fighter moves and punches exactly the same. Same moves. Its pretty much a glitchy button spammer. Won the championship spamming 1 punch (power left jab). Connect one time with it and the opponent will stand there with a stupid look on their face and take 4 more punches to the face before they move an inch (like catching raging bull in punch out). Total trash all around. The designers should be embarrassed. Its 2024, this game already came out 25 yrs ago ... show more

Broken, there are numerous issues with this game, especially online. Loss stamina doesn’t result in lower power and punch type is not scaled to stamina(ie power shots drain little stamina) . Phantom punches, incoherent announcers and content and additional features are lacking. Nothing between rounds, all training is simulated. It caters to casual fans in 8 round matches. It has so much potential to be better then what it really is Online is unplayable due certain issues like Power punch Spamming not being able to land effective counter punches the patch is coming in December so they will hopefully fix these problems but overall the game is fun.
