I had an unused closet near the kitchen that I turned into a much needed pantry. I was so happy with the results. The only problem was that the closet didn't have a light and it was tucked into the corner. At night I would have to use the flashlight on my phone to see in the pantry. I needed to find a light that didn't need electricity since there is no electrical near the closet. This light is perfect! It is lightweight easy to use. I attached the mounting strips above the door with the adhesive and small screws that are included. After charging the light via a USB cord it simply attached to the mounting strips by magnets. I chose to have the light come on automatically with the motion detector, however you can manually turn it on if you like. The light lasts a long time on a single charge since it is only used when we use the pantry. Pros: *Thin, lightweight light. *Includes everything needed to attach to surfaces and mounts very easily. *Charges quickly with USB *Manual or automatic turn on switch Cons: *None so far Great price for a set of two lights that could be used in any dark closet, cabinet, basement or garage. ... show more

These lights have several brightness settings. The highest setting is super bright! The low setting is still bright but more of a soft brightness. It has a motion sensor which works great. Battery life has been good thus far. Very easy to use. They’re rechargeable so that a plus. They’re magnetic as well. They adhere well to metal surfaces. The lights are 10 inches in length and about 2 inches in width. They’re for indoor use only. They’re not waterproof/water-resistant. That’s the only small criticism I have with this product. I bought these to just get some light when I walked Into a dark room. yes they are magnetic so they have to be attached to metal. There may be a way to attach them differently. I don’t know you can read. I put one on the side of my microwave for example. Strong magnets. the light comes on with movement, and then it turns off momentarily, but stays on while you’re still in the room. Battery life is good and what difference Does it make because they are USB-C rechargeable. They work as Promised and give off just the right amount of light. I don’t know why Siri always capitalizes some words. I’m just going to ignore it. Please do the same - love these. ... show more

I purchased these lights for my bedroom closet because I don't have access to an outlet or direct power for lighting. I needed something simple and easy to install that would help light up the area without the need for a crazy amount of construction. These were extremely easy to install and I was impressed with the power of the magnets on the back. I don't see them falling any time soon. The adhesive on the other side of the magnet that you use to attach it to a wall or ceiling seemed a little light but after letting it sit for 24 hours and testing the hold they seem to be holding strong! I love the motion activated feature because I had to place them high up to cover the whole closet (small 4x6 closet) and now I dont have to reach to have them turn on, they kick right on when I open the door. It is a slight delay but only a second or two so Its not a huge deal to me but if split second reaction is what you need it might be best to have them close to where the motion is happening. I could not be more pleased with these lights. They charged quickly and were easy to operate. Installation was a breeze. They have sticky magnets that you just peel and stick. Easy! I needed something in a pantry with close together shelves but no lights. Nice and bright and works perfect with motion detection. I ordered the larger size for another area.
