The media could not be loaded. These are perfect 2 pack for the price at $25! In my photos, the flood light is sitting on an inactive electrical box to charge up with solar/sun (at6pm) and test before mounting these. I was weary at first. & There is no input on the floodlight to plug in. I’m blown away with the motion detection. The sensitivity is amazing but not overly sensitive as if the wind is blowing the tree and causing the motion to detect. I was about 10 to 15 feet away, trying to creep up from the side and the motion set of immediately. The light does not work during the day. Don’t expect the flood light to turn on if there’s sunlight out. It’ll just blink as your clicking thru the modes.. Also VERY impressed with the lighting and different modes. The visibility is amazing in whichever mode you prefer.im certain once it’s mounte, the distance in light and motion detection would be greater than where it’s sitting now. There are three options to set the floodlight at: Option 1- 100% light, with motion detection enabled. Option 2- 10% light, always on and no motion detection. Option 3- 3% light, with motion is detected, it sets to 10% then back to 3%. 3% is similar to a night light and likely good enough for a camera if mounted. In the instruction it refers to a switch, to switch options or modes, hit the bottom on the back. Very very very impressed with these two little flood lights right off the bat and unexpected! I recommend investing, definitely worth it. These are perfect for my back garage door and my doorbell cam in the back Great energy saver !! Get these! Update- 2 weeks later. These are working at its full potential. Through a heavy rain storm, puddle of water sitting on the solar panel, they shine brightly. I put one in the shade and only gets sun in the morning- this one stays on at 3% at night, all night, and still works at night. Motion detection still amazes me. It’s pretty far from the door and it kicks off as I walk towards our screen door inside, right before going out. Impressive lights. Everyone compliments them that comes over at night. ... show more

I mounted one of these on the fence in my backyard. It provides very bright illumination over the entire lawn, which is quite large. For this particular installation, this product is excellent. I think the design of the light could be improved on a lot to provide more flexibility in selection of locations for installation. The lights and the solar panel pivot on the same screw, and there is no way to swivel either one from side to side. This limits the movement of either of these main components to about 90 degrees without bumping into the the other component, and they have to rotate in the same plane. For instance, if the lights were aimed south, the solar panel could only be aimed upward and/or northward. Depending on the position of trees and other obstructions, that may not be ideal. Also, the side-lights can only rotate about 90 degrees from side to side in the same plane as the center light. Because they do not swivel up and down, they cannot be aimed lower or higher than the center light - or backward. However, the light works very well for my installation, which is 180 degrees in a southwesterly direction with no overhead obstructions to the solar panels. They are good lights for a good price if your installation situation is similar to this. ... show more

    • The Most Perfect Lights, Ever!

The configuration of these lights makes them a real no-brainer: - Solar: No need for batteries or an electrical outlet. The sun is all you need. - Motion-Detecting: No need to waste the solar charge with continuous illumination. Motion turns these lights on and off. It is literally that simple. The amount of light that emits from the LED is awesome. It can cover our sidewalk, a portion of the front yard, and a portion of the street curbside where guests generally park. These lights keep pedestrians safe as well. With people walking their dogs at night (and peering in our windows in the process) with no light to show uneven sidewalks, these lights have created safety both for people walking, and for us - knowing who is walking by and trying to peer in our windows. Of course now that these lights are up, they won't be stopping. The good part with that is when the lights kick on, our security camera sees the change and kicks on. So not only is the pedestrian safe on our sidewalk, we are safe from whoever is out there peering in our window because it is all being recorded. I like this new setup. Overall I would highly recommend these solar motion lights to everyone in the world and rate them five stars!!!!! We love them. ... show more

Gone are the days of running electrical wires and electrical conduit. Installing these lights in our backyard was so easy and so inexpensive. Sometimes it is amazing to think how lucky we are to have these new technologies. These motion lights have twin sensors and provide a large coverage area. They turn on as soon as I step out the back door. We are surrounded by woods and have seen coyotes and bobcats in our yard. Luckily these lights turning on scares them away. We have also seen snakes hunting at night and you really don't want to step on them. The solar lights get enough charge during the day to keep them operating all night.     • Work better than expected.

We needed some lights to illuminate our backyard, but we didn't want them to be too bright. Fortunately, these lights are not as bright as the ones we have near our entrances, but they are still brighter than we expected. Installing them is very easy, as the bracket can be attached to any surface with ease. You can also adjust the angle of the light up and down, and widen the area it illuminates by adjusting the sides. However, the motion sensor can sometimes be too sensitive - for example, a large bug once set it off. But overall, the lights are great and do an excellent job of lighting up our backyard when needed. Additionally, they charge in low light, which is very useful. We even hung one in an area with lots of leaf cover, and it still gets enough sunlight to fully charge. ... show more
