UPDATE: The company did reach out and offer to make it right. They refunded my money. I appreciate their concern in my not liking the product. I'm sure it's great for some, just not me. upgraded to 3 stars for that. I'm not sure what all the hype is with this. Tried on floors and will not do again. Bathtub was ok but nothing great. Sink was ok. Just don't think it works any better than just regular scrubbing. Still debating whether to keep or return. Thank goodness it was on sale because definitely not worth full price. ... show more
