I highly recommend these I think they’re great walking up sun they look fantastic. The only issues are very expensive when you can buy regular mini blinds at Walmart for 10 bucks I would buy more if they were so expensive but too rich for my blood.

I ordered 3 blinds. I got 3 different sets of TOP endcaps - all different designs - only one of the sets actually worked on a top bar. (got the wrong parts) Each of the BOTTOM bars are weighted with pieces of wood inside. One of them was installed incorrectly or is just too long so it is impossible to put the bottom end cap on that end. (manufacture error) Each of the blinds themselves are cut uneven. It's most notable on the larger blind. This makes it so the vertical sides have gaps that are easily seen. (manufacture error) I brought the attention of these items to the seller. They wrote to me that they would send a replacement. I waited more than a month and have not received, or heard anything more from them. I wrote to them again and offered to live with their mistakes since I can kind of hide them as the blinds are mounted on the inside of the window frame. All I asked for was a discount on a future order. They are still nowhere to be found. (poor customer service - promises not kept.) ... show more

I ordered from this company before. I gave the measurements based on what they asked for and my order was still difficult. I'll just say I had to do some cutting to get the 2nd blind that was sent to fit and it still was tight. No order is perfect. I gave a 3 because they did send the 2nd order pretty fast. I love this style of blind. I ordered 6 from this company. What is the point of giving measurements if the order is still sent wrong. ... show more
