Arrived promptly. Undamaged. Easy to install if you have the right tools. Didn’t use the provider anchors, directions didn’t indicate drill bit size thus just put the screws directly into the studs which worked well. Nice rack!

Arrived broken, top right wrung snapped off and was zip tied inside the package, as if they just said “oh well” and sent anyway.
