I doesn’t have a lot of bass which while watching movies I don’t like a lot of bass as I can’t hear them talking — but the sound is just right and can go up loud .. I just got it delivered and I had it set up in 10 minutes for Bluetooth with TV. I didn’t expect much with my first purchase but I was shocked at how well the speaker sounds. I’m using in the soundbar format but the vertical option was nice to have. I ended up buying a second one for another tv and I’m happy I decided to give these a try before jumping to Sonos or Bose. I took the product out of the box and I hooked it up to my TV and I followed the instructions very carefully and I even did a tutorial from YouTube just to be sure and the sound would not go any higher than 32 w. The remote work for everything but the sound. You could not turn up the sound no matter how much you would troubleshoot this product. I better receive 100% full refund and I better not hear any crap that the product was taken out of the box because you have to take it out of the box to see if it works! This product was not usable, it was junk!!! ... show more
