My daughter has severe autism and is really aggressive. She uses the phone to communicate so I can't keep it away from her. Other phones/tablets no matter what brand or how expensive she will break within a few weeks. (except the original 10" fire tablet that thing lived through being tossed out the window in pouring rain for 3 hours and it cooked in a heating vent and survived without a single glitch) Smash the screen, dent corners, drop it in water, throw it down the stairs smash it against the table. I've had this phone for a month ish now? Not a scratch we shattered the screen protector that came with it once already but the screen under it was perfect still. Battery lasts long enough for me to have the powerful speaker on full blast all shift and have 1/2 battery left at the end. Speaker loud enough to hear all through the noisy kitchen and even the customers can hear it fine in the lobby. I've had this phone almost a year now and let me just say I haven't been easy on it. I've dropped it 50+ times and even had it fall out of my pocket while riding a motorcycle at 45+mph and still fine, only thing is my rear camera is always blurry and won't seem to focus and the finger print reader broke the first time I dropped it but other than that it's all been great. ... show more

fine phone but if something goes wrong you will have to send it to China (good luck) be without a phone a month or two, there goes the saving on the phone.

    • Keeps flickering charging and not charging
I have not had the phone fir even 3 months. I started getting a charging problem. Its flickering between charging and bot charging very rapidly. I look in the c port to see and the pins are already corroded. I get the rubbing alcohol and clean it up and still has the charging not charging notifications. It also seems to be wearing down my battery. Whats the sense of haveing a big battery if it cannot last all day. Right now the battery drops 12% every hour in my pocket. Should have known not to buy chinese products ... show more

I've had the phone since December 2021 not quite 2 yrs. Overall product is good. Works well on the 5G networks. The FM radio is nice to have when you don't want to stream Pandora or other music apps. Sound quality is on par. The dual speakers are hard to hear since they are on the back side of the phone, I have to cup my hands on the bottom to deflect the sound towards me. Cameras don't zoom very far at all so if you like taking photos this is probably not for you. Photos are decent quality. Every photo you take has the Ulefone product stamp in the lower left corner, I have not figured out to remove it. I was looking for a rugged phone to replace my S5 Sport, very durable phone Samsung should reproduce with upgraded systems. I dropped this phone all the time and nothing damaged it. With the Ulefone Armor 12, it definitely was not as durable, but has held up to my needs, until now. Their claim is ruggedness; which is true because the phone plastic has held up against the many many times it has been dropped and thrown around. I did not purchase an external case for the phone, not available at the time. Be sure to keep a good screen protector on it, which it came with, because the corners can chip. First time the screen popped of was about a year in, phone landed face down and went to pick it up and saw the screen had come loose. The screen is just held in by double sided foam tape around the edges. It didn't damage the screen I believe because it landed face down with the screen protector on it and the ribbon cable didn't get twisted or moved around. I resecured it back in place with small drops of super glue on the foam tape and it held nicely, for the next 6 months. Dropped it again but this time the screen popped out again and not so lucky.... The corner hit the ground and popped the screen out and the screen got damaged useless. Looks like between the ribbon cable twisting and the chip at the bottom near the cable interface, screen became unusable. Even though the replacement is $50, I was hoping for this phone to last longer than it did for the price, New then $399. ... show more
