Pros: • Battery for shaver has lasted 2 weeks of testing and only is at 92% • Battery for foil shaver has lasted 2 weeks of testing 88% • Shaver and foil shaver are very nice to use and feel great in the hand • The shaver comes with 1,2,3,& 4 mm guards and the foil comes spare foil • They also include a cleaner brush which is great for getting all the hair off the shavers • Power is perfect for my hair thickness. I can see if someone has an already really really thick beard that it would affect them but I keep mine at that 4mm guard length and then just clean my neck regularly and it works amazing Cons: • I wish both could be charged with a USB-C charge. That would keep the wire clutter down on my bathroom shelf • I do wish there were more length options than 4mm. I haven’t been able to find other heads online that go with this shaver Conclusion: This is a well made shaver and foil shaver. It shaves great and battery has lasted me two weeks of testing. WOW! I just replaced that awful amazon Brightup trimmer which was horrible. Specifically changing heads was really NOT user friendly on the Brightup model. This thing FEELS professional. I've never had a beard trimmer that hit CLEAN lines like this at home. Normally I have to go to the barber to see that kind of trimmer quality. This thing is worth every penny.     • Good budget trimmer
This trimmer works great for grooming my mustache. Good battery life. Cuts efficiently. I will say the foil trimmer could be a little better because it seems to only work effectively right after a shave, but I won’t complain since this is a fair price.

    • Trimmer stopped working completely
Bought this in late April and took great care of it. Did not drop it once and kept it clean. It is now October and the trimmer has stopped working completely, even when fully charged. When turned on, I can see the display saying 100% charged, but the actual trimmer will not turn on. Shame because it worked great before it broke. I attempted contacting customer service and the seller directly but the Amazon bot chat is garbage and it takes you around in circles. The "self-troubleshoot" questions are a joke, and go along the lines of "Did you charge it?" "Do you know where the power button is?" "Have you tried a different outlet?", etc.... When you click "Not helpful" to those questions, they just kick you back to the main menu... Return policy by the seller says after 60 days buyer must pay for a 70% restocking fee and all shipping fees, which is absolutely ridiculous. If your product randomly breaks after a few months from ordinary use, you should provide a replacement free of charge, or at the very least a refund. Amazon needs to do better to ensure quality products and customer service on their platform. Never like to leave bad reviews and if they reach out i'll change it but I feel ripped off with this transaction. ... show more

Looks super sharp and I like that the body is metal so it looks high quality. My only complain is that it gets hot really fast and I have to take breaks when trimming and edging so I don’t burn someone.
