(I have three beach balls u see the cover to help water drain from the couch). Some of wicker is coming apart and this is visible when unpacking, the assembly was long. Instructions are decent but it’s definitely several hours of work for one person. This was the first spring/summer used so can’t speak on longevity. We purchased this set for our new patio. Our area was smaller and it fit perfectly. The assembly was very easy and within a matter of 4-5 hours, everything was completed. I was disappointed with the cushions and ended up replacing the interior foam with 24x24x4 high density foam and then cutting the original foam from the seats for the back pieces to double them up. It made all the difference in the world. It's so much more comfortable! It's great for the price, easy to assemble and now with the new foam comfortable enough for the outdoor naps. We love this set. We purchased the glass top firetable. It's beautiful, the propane tank is contained inside and the flame is warm. We opted against the glass side panels for the flame box so we could use it as a table when not using the fire. Overall a solid 4 1/2 stars just because of the cushions. ... show more

Shipping was fast, arrived a couple days ahead of schedule. Sectional was packaged in 3 boxes, all arrived on the same day. The pieces were Packaged well and all pieces were included. As for the construction, my husband put 99% of it together alone. I only lent a hand to hold the corners. He found the instructions pretty straight forward and had no issues following along. (Note our instructions were in the cushion box) All the pieces were labeled but one, so it didn’t cause a problem. It did take several hours to put together but that was due to the number of pieces, not the difficulty. We did have one piece that the whole was partial obstructed by the rattan however my husband was able to make it work with some maneuvering. My husband did have to go purchase 3 additional screws because the metal used for the screws is soft and stripped very easily. It would be nice if the seller would include a few extra to accommodate this issue. The cushions are a nice navy color but were not as thick as I was hoping for. They do have Velcro on the underside to help hold them in place. Unfortunately one seat had Velcro on both sides. Luckily the back seat cushion covers it. Another cushion was missing a strip of Velcro. The ties on the back cushions are nice addition. My only complaint is the corner pieces are obviously bigger and the strings are barely long enough to tie. Also there is no clear place to thread the strings. I was able to wiggle them through the top but as I mentioned the strings should be longer on the corner pieces. The feet had a few issues. One was put on backwards, my husband just unscrewed them and flipped them around. Several were loose as well. The metal feet are actually a flimsy aluminum strip covering plastic feet. They also have a blue protective film to protect the aluminum from scratches. Unfortunately when we peeled off the film it left behind an awful sticky reside. Kind of cheap looking. But I’m sure none of our guest will be closely examining the feet at gatherings :) The adjustable feet are helpful. We only needed to adjust one. The pieces lined up and fit together well. We have not used the clamps yet as we are still deciding a placement. However they are large and look sturdy. It is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos. However I didn’t measure to compare to the measurements provided on the listing. I am glad I went with the 7 pieces. The seating and back height is good for us. We had no issue with glass on the table as mentioned in other listings. It fits well and seams to be pretty secure to me. We most likely won’t keep this as a table since we have the firepit. I think I will purchase a cushion to use it as additional seating. (We purchased the firepit separately from another seller that I would not recommend) The cover is a perfect fit and is a great addition!! So far it appears to be waterproof. I was very thankful it came with the set because as soon as we got it together we had unexpected rain shower. Overall for the priced we are pleased with our purchase. Similar sets at our local stores were several hundred more. Is it as nice as the 3 or 4 thousand dollar sets? Well, No :) But it looks nice and I hope it will last until we’re ready to splurge on a more expensive set. If you keep your expectations real than I think you will be pleased as well. ... show more

For what we paid, this was a decent value. Here is the good. Everything arrived very well packaged with no damage. The set and firepit came in 6 total packages which arrived a day apart with 2 and then 4, so don't be concerned if they don't all come in one shipment. I am a 50 year old female and I completed the entire set alone in about 5 hours using only the supplied tools. That being said, please consider a ratchet set. Trust me your fingers will thank you. The firepit is very nice! It feels high quality, and was easy to put together with deep screws, a slide out drawer for the tank, glass rocks instead of lava, and a very thick glass wind shield. I built this first and then covered it and used it as a table to complete the rest of the set and save from stooping to put pieces together. The set is definitely mismatched and not made specifically for the firepit. The pvc Rattan colors are different on the seating and the firepit. The firepit is a dark espresso and the seating is a variegated dark and light brown. The weaves are also different. No big deal, as they still work together fine. The seating sectional is definitely not as quality as the firepit. The screws were much shallower and very difficult at times to get the Allen wrench to grip. The set, like all of these similar sets, sits very low with low profile backs. The seats are fairly deep and substantial enough for a larger person. We are going to try and find some different levelers to raise the height. While I don't mind the lower height, it makes the firepit sit very tall. We did take off the feet of the firepit which lowered it to a more reasonable height, but we have to be careful moving it so as not to scratch up the deck. The beige cushions are a nice neutral, not too yellow, not too pink. The cushions are moderately comfortable, but definitely not high quality foam. These will need to be replaced or added to in the future if the set holds up. The cushions are definitely not waterproof, so I would suggest using the cover if it might rain. We have ours under a soft topped pergola, so it helps protect it a little. The table is okay, but very low. I would have preferred an ottoman as the table is kind of useless if you have the firepit. We are using it more as an end table on one side. It is covered with a glass top to protect it from spills and snags. The set comes with covers for the firepit and sectional. The sectional can be arranged into different set ups and comes with clips to keep them together. The one nice part of the set over others is that the bottom cushions have velcro which keeps them in place just fine. No sliding. The backs have ties that go around the back to keep them in place. I would have preferred velcro here too. The ties work good, but are visually less appealing. All in all, for what we paid, the set suits our needs. High end patio furniture with good, thick cushions are ridiculously expensive, so you get what you pay for. Hopefully this set will last a few years albeit the cushions will need replacing. We paid around $750 plus shipping and there are a lot of pieces for that price. The firepit alone is worth almost half of that. ... show more
