My sister and I share a small room, and she needed more closest space. So, I bought this portable closet and it's the best thing that's ever happened to our room. I build it in the living room because I wanted to have a lot space and afterwards we just moved it against a wall in our room. It does look bigger in person than in the online pics, but it didn't take up too much space. It's honestly so convenient because you can also use it as storage if you need to and you can customize it how you like. Advice for assembling: - Count the parts before assembling! It's pretty simple to build when you follow the instructions, but some of the pieces look very similar. So, counting them out will help you differentiate between all the pieces. Hint: The longer pieces are used for the foundation. I didn't realize this until the end and had to go all the way back to redo it. - When it gets to the part where you wrap the black cloth around the bottom, there are holes in the cloth you can use to make it easier. I didn't notice at first and ended up watching a youtube tutorial to see how to do it - It's pretty easy to assemble; just follow the directions and watch some youtube videos if you need a better visual reference. Reminder: - This closet does not come with hangers or bins. We bought the hangers and bins you see in the picture from Walmart and it worked perfectly with the closet. We've had the closet for about 3 weeks now and it's still standing! It has great durability (granted- we don't put a ton of heavy things on the bottom), but it was definitely what we needed! ... show more

I do not recommend the UDEAR Portable Closet Large Wardrobe. It fell apart multiple times, and the bars became too bent to put back together properly. The overall structure is flimsy, and it didn’t hold up as expected. Unfortunately, this product ended up being a waste of money. I would suggest looking for a sturdier alternative. ... show more

It took me 3 hours to assemble it and I'm very good at assembling anything. Instructions are really terrible. Things are not labeled except for the only clear item. I made many mistakes which kept me going backwards to correct them. The plastic connectors came mixed in two bags. Make sure you empty them first, separate, LABEL them, and COUNT them. Trust me, you must do that. The rods inserted in plastic connectors aren't easy to go all the way through, make sure you have something like a soft hammer to help you. Also, you need to open the image above and open to the image where it shows the entire design without the fabric while building it. Some things became clearer using them. But the little paper with instructions is badly drawn. The final stage to do the 4 B rods, the corresponding plastic connected were too tight, so they started to Crack, but you must get them all the way through or they won't fit at all in their location. This design of those pieces were the worst of the entire thing. At the end, it was done and it is sturgy enough and I hope it won't fall when I put clothes in it. Best thing is its light weight, you can lift it with no effort and put it anywhere. And it is quite large. Finally, the gray color is more like army green. ... show more

I was so excited to get this and build it so that I had the extra space for things.First, after 3 hours of trying to figure out how it went together correctly and why it wasn't adding up right I realized I got shorted 4 bars and tried to get ahold of their customer service and still have never gotten a reply and it's been months upon months. Second, this has literally fallen over so many times and almost all the plastic pieces have literally broken and I tried to hot glue them back together to try and be able to use them and unfortunately only worked for a short period of time even after anchoring to the wall to help it from tipping . I hardly had anything on it so it's sad because I was super excited for the extra little storage. The only great thing about it was that I LOVED that it had the full cover that zipped up to keep dust and anything from getting your clothes dirty . I now currently can only use 4 squares from the entire thing and had to get rid of the rest, I gave up trying to solve and fix it all. I hate to give a bad review but it sucks I couldn't get it to work. Amazon's customer service is who you have to go thru to tell what's wrong since the company didn't reply. ... show more

I really had no expectation when I purchased this, I saw the black metal bars and the extensive setup and thought that this thing would fall apart in the first months. It has absolutely blown me away. Now that it is fully assembled, I can lift it up and over my head and spinning around and not a single thing holding it together will move!
