I've tried every other type of ikea/large capacity bag and these are hands down the best and I would order them again in a second. What makes this bag great for storing and carrying during a move is: the full zip, large rectangular shape that actually holds it's shape despite the flexible material, and THE STRAPS that I used as a "backpack" style to carry clothing and more during a move that I otherwise wouldn't have been strong enough to carry in a box or by hand. I took my clothes (and other items would work just as well) that were hanging in my closet, folded them in half and put them in these and they were a lifesaver! An entire master closet fit in three of these bags and allowed me to carry them on my back, which was the most helpful thing as I was moving as a single woman and had to get as much as possible as quickly as I could on my own. This not only saved me space and allowed me to carry much more weight because of the "backpack" straps (I don't have a Frakta cart), this allowed me to carry boxes and other bulky items in my hands which saved me many trips up and down stairs. I used these same 3 I purchased for multiple trips with maximum (if not too much) weight in them and only one strap on one of the bags pulled out from the threading just a little, but it's actually still functional and hasn't broken if I carry it without putting too much weight in it. However, I really do think the quality holds up just as well as the functionality because I knew I put too much weight in the bags and made multiple trips with them on my back...so that wasn't at all unexpected it was just my fault of going over the capacity and having the straps pulled for too long. Versatile for storage for many different items, super handy to have for moving items or if you are someone like myself and live alone in an apartment where just carrying groceries can be a tough situation or require multiple trips, these are awesome to keep on hand! I even keep one in my car now as I have been able to haul items from bulky groceries to multiple boxes of Goodwill items in just one trip. For the price, just buy these if you're considering it! These are PERFECT for moving your kid to and home from college. Great for packing, and carrying up many flights of stairs. So many uses and you can pack anything in them. Well worth the money for it's uses. Don't do college without them, also make great storage bags for between years when they are home for the summer. Actually quite water proof, as it was raining when we moved her in. These would also be great to take to pack on vacations or camping. A MUST HAVE! ... show more

If you're a college student who has to move to and from dorms every other semester, I'd highly recommend these. Only one of them broke after three moves. They can fit a good amount of stuff, and being able to wear them on your back is very helpful when moving!

These were suggested to me by a friend for moving my daughter into college. They work great becausethe fit a lot and, after unpacking, they can be easily folded and stored out of the way until it's time to come home. They can also be carried like a backpack. My only issue was that one of the four bags ripped at the handle during our first use of it. It was a small tear that we could easily patch up with some duct tape, but it was disappointing that it happened during our first move of Freshman year! Still, we will buy these again when our next daughter goes off to college! ... show more

These are my favorite bags ever for moving. When I couldn’t find them in store at ikea, I was so glad to find them on Amazon. I went with these and not the knock off ones because these ikea ones have back straps so you can wear the bag on your back and carry it. These bags hold SO much. Definitely worth the investment if you’re thinking about getting them to move! I have used these for 3 moves now and I haven’t had a bag break on me yet. Only downside is after you use them, they don’t nicely fold down into a small fold anymore, so when you store them again, don’t expect them to fold down nicely as they will have wrinkles. ... show more
