Purchased this rack and needed to return it because it was missing a part. Wanted to avoid reaching out to Amazon first, as I did not want to return the whole product. Customer service did get back to me about 2 day later, and that wasn't fast enough for me. Besides the customer service, the rack itself is okay for the money. Nothing crazy. It's just bent thing metal pipe and vent sheet metal that's painted. And, the feet and end caps aren't painted black. If you're just looking for an alright toilet rack, it looks pretty good and does it's job. ... show more

My bathroom is tiny, and I needed extra storage space for my daily-use items that were cluttering precious counter space. This shelf unit is a great solution, with 3 shelves and a bar to hang washcloths or hand towels. However, it is pretty flimsy. When I took the parts out of the box for assembly, I thought to myself “this is not gonna end well.” Putting it together by myself was very simple, so that’s a good thing. But the shelf pieces were just thin and floppy, and felt very cheaply made. Once I got it put together, it seemed a little bit more stable, but don’t expect to store anything here with much weight to it. Overall, I guess it’s decent and does what I need it to do, but I expected much better quality materials for the mid-range price I paid. ... show more

I like that it is made out of metal. For the price it is good quality. Easy to assemble, except there was a mistake of 2 of the same parts sent. So I couldn't use the bottom bar because they didn't send me the correct part. It is easy to clean. It fits behind my toilet and doesn't weigh much. I like the white color. It is somewhat stable. They give you 2 plastic parts that hook on the back of it and presses against the wall for more stability. For the price I don't think your can get much better. ... show more

I wasn't sure if this was going to work out, but it did!! Easy to put together. Only small issue is, if you have a baseboard, this will keep it from laying flush to the wall. Very easy to assemble. The metal is light weight but after I assembled the unit it was sturdy. I placed all of my bath products on the shelf without any problems. Very stable. I used the two self-stick adhesives that hold the shelf to the wall. It works well.

So I did get this to have more storage in my bathroom it fits perfectly around the toilet. The shelves did the job they were meant to do, but the only issue that I do have with it is that it shakes, and things fall off all the time. It did come with brackets that are supposed to hold it to the wall, but they are supposed to stick with this adhesive that will not stick to anything. It is a good idea, but they need to do some work on making it sturdier.
