Love this shelf unit!! It was so easy to put together. I think my husband did it in about 20 minutes and then he just carried it in to my daughter's room with one hand. Nice and lightweight! I'm not worried about the baby pulling it over and hurting herself as out is so light. We bought this to replace my 12 year old daughters dresser that fell apart and she loves it! She quickly organized all of her clothes into the Amazon basics fabric bins and loves how easy it is! We built the unit 4 cubes high (2x2) and it fit perfectly under her loft bed. We plan to combine the leftover cube with another set of 9 cubes we ordered to make a set of 6 and a set of 4 in her closet for toys/craft supplies/ etc. I'm so excited as these are affordable and versatile! I'm planning to buy at least one more for my son's room. The only thing I am a bit concerned with is whether or not it will hold up over time as it is made of plastic. Time will tell, however, I was happy to discover that the plastic shelves are built on a metal frame. They seem well Put together ave I'm hopeful it will stay sturdy. It took me a bit to get the hang of assembling them, but they actually go together easily. I am very pleased with the overall look in my craft/storage room after getting my bins in place. I purchased this product as an organizer for my yarn. It's perfect for that. I love the versatility of how you can design it and putting it together was as easy as ABC. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star in this category was because of the pieces used to hold it together. I feel that they could have been designed a little better. I have ideas if you want to contact me....lol. I think this product is sturdy enough for what I needed it for and flexible enough to allow me to over stuff the cube a little, however I would question the sturdiness for books as it states in the product information. For that reason, I gave the sturdiness a 4 start. The versatility of the product is excellent. You can be very creative on the design of your shelves. After putting the product together, I purchased a second one. The product allows you the ability to add more cubes if you needed to. For that, I gave the versatility a 5 star rating. The learning curve for building with these is not steep. It can take some sit-down time to put together, but it's simple and easy to adjust to however you prefer. My wife and I use these and foldable cube storage bins to organize and store all of the clothes from our wardrobes. We've been able to save space, money, and the hassle of moving large furniture around with these organizers. At first, my wife was the only one who tried these out, but over time I found myself feeling jealous! It's been so much easier to get dressed in the mornings and especially with laundry. What a great buy. Super easy to assemble, nothing broke while being assembled, and holds the mountain bike gear we needed to organize. Before buying I read a bunch of reviews and people found then hard to put together. Hints and pics. 1. When pushing the corners into the joiners DO NOT push from the other end. It did not happen to use, but it clearly would bend them. 2. Fold your hand over the side you want to push into the joiners as close to the joiners as you can and push up until you hear or feel the very clear "click". The corners fit perfectly and there should not be space around the slot once the corner is clicked in. 3. As you start pushing into 3 way corners it is harder to get the corners fully into the joiners, but there is a trick. THE HAMMER. 4. The Hammer is not a hammer. You can't tap these together, it is hilarious to try. Instead palm the mallet and use handle as a push rod. See the pics but it is PERFECT for pushing any corner of the panel into the joiners. For the cost it is great light storage. May be buying more soon. Buy it and have fun! ... show more

    • Super customizable storage solution!

Just needed to organize a few times in my room and bought this as a solution. Works great! Lots of customization possible since you can configure it any way you like. Assembly was decently easy with the included wooden mallet (although I just used force to push the pieces together and lock them instead of the mallet). It took me a while to understand how the pieces fit together but after I did, installed it super fast. When I moved, disassembly was a breeze as well. I like that the final legs at the bottom means it's lifted a bit from the floor. Just seems generally 'cleaner' that way. It's still very light and you can easily move the entire thing from one place to another in full form. But because it's so light, I'd rec not putting too much weight in each cubby as that'll eventually result in the droop of the plastic. I've put a few books in each one sometimes and it looks fine although it's definitely sagging a little right in the middle. Still worth a buy though for organization! Vote HELPFUL if my review helped you make a decision at all. It encourages me to keep writing! ... show more

I bought the pink one with a blue set from another seller. The connectors were a slight yellowish color. And were incredibly hard to get on. I ended up using the connectors from the blue set cause they were white and easy to use. So far I haven't put much on it. But I'm trusting it's gonna hold well
