  • Reliable, Consistent, No Problems
I bought two other extra fine white paint markers plus this one. The others failed immediately. The paint wouldn't come out at all, then big puddles would appear, rendering them useless. This pen started good and I've had NO problems with it at all. I'm adding lettering to Christmas ornaments I sell, and this is the ONLY one I will get again!!! ... show more

  • The right point for fine work
This pen point is the size I been looking for. I am doing a project that required a super fine line for detail, extremely happy with the purchase. I will be buying other colors in this pen point.

  • Perfect for Panel lining Gundams. Very Opaque, Point tip UPWARDS, NOT downwards and depress tip.
TL; DR version: Very opaque! Works great for panel lining black Gundam parts, point nib (tip of the pen) upwards and depress before use. I feel a lot of reviewers (me included) weren't using this correctly initially and we looked like Randy Marsh covered in ectoplasm when we pointed it downwards, not upwards, like it says on the silver sticker underneath the pen cap. Picture is of one panel lined part (not cleaned up yet) vs a part that wasn't panel lined yet. I only had to do this once! I make Gundam like it's my job but it's really just an obsession. I have never tried to panel line on black plastic before. First I tried tried Light Gray Panel lining ink. It kind of worked but I wasnt satisfied with how inconsistent they line was using it. One part of a line would be solid and another would looks washed off. So then I started to search for a Gundam Marker in white. To my surprise I couldn't find one. Then I found this perfect tool. I didnt have to prime or scuff up the part before using it and with one swipe with this paint pen i was able to get a perfect line (shown in picture, i haven't cleaned up the line yet) On parts that were dry i was able to use my plastic eraser and clean up the parts as i would using either panel lining ink or a Gundam Marker. My biggest concerns were if this product works on plastic since it didn't say so in the description and if it would be Opaque enough so I don't have to prime the part and paint it. Well the proof is in my picture! Works beautifully! Lastly, the reviews here were a lot of complaints about paint leakage. I too was having that issue. It wasn't until I noticed under the pen cap that it states, "To avoid blotting, position NIB upwards and depress it before inital use." I feel the reviewers and I were using this incorrectly. I use paint marker all the time at my job as a steel fabricator. With those you depress it with the tip downward on a solid surface. Which is the opposite of what this is telling you to do. Using this incorrectly will cause you to look like Randy Marsh covered in ectoplasm. I haven't had issues of blotting since. 4/5 stars from me. Would be 5/5 but although it's essentially easy to use it's also easy to F it up if you hold it incorrectly. Takes a little skill. Picture shows one panel lined part without cleaning it up and it's beautiful! ... show more

  • Terrible Quality
Like other reviews have stated, the pen comes apart and makes a mess. Do not buy, waste of money and could ruin what ever you are marking. I took the precaution to have a plastic sheet under it.

  • Fine tip
This was exactly what I was looking for. The ink or paint adheres well to most everything.

  • Could leak less
The paint itself is fine, but the ink flow is inconsistent and ends up dribbling paint everywhere. Just need to use it what that in mind.

  • Very good
He writes beautifully, it's nice to work with him

  • Worked Perfectly
Worked great to write on my oven knob over worn off numbers
