Excuse all the boxes and mess we just moved to another country. I'm so glad we chose this one. It is everything you want and need. Quality is amazing. It's firm, pillows come off, tons of space, storage in arm reat and ottoman. It has a pull out extra 2 cushions so every seat is now that favorite corner spot. I absolutely love it. Item arrived slightly damaged with two small tears in the fabric and velvet. Many staple ends and splintered wood pieces are out in the open underneath where you have to attach washers and bolts. This caused some scratching to our hands. One of the holes was not drilled in the correct place on the fabric so we had to cut our own hole in order to fit a back piece on correctly. The instructions weren't quite clear on what frame was the sofa and what was the chaise so there was some confusion. What should've only taken an hour to assemble took almost two hours. It fit where I needed it, and wasn't a terrible deal compared to some of the other sectionals out there, but the product arrived in 2 separate components, and there's nothing connecting them together. This caused them to slide apart whenever someone sat down. I had to buy a wood to wood tie plate and screw them together. The cousins are very firm. I waited for the couch for way to long. Ordered on the 15th and arrived on 28th. Well not all of it. I got the ottoman and one pice of a 3 piece couch. 3 days later I receive a 2nd. It is 10/2/2024 and never received 3rd part so got a junk couch in my living room. However my money was refunded but now have to see about getting this couch hauled away. ... show more
