ONLY PROBLEM was getting the back to snap onto the seat. It slips on the brackets really well but takes a lot of strength to snap it to make it is secure. Just got it will check back when I have used it for a year. Highly recommend! So glad I pulled the trigger and bought this recliner.

Very comfy chair, get the large size if you are tall. Massage function makes you feel like you have indigestion, it's worthless but I got it for my husband for the heat and that works great. Very firm, not saggy. Great purchase.

Arrived much sooner than expected within 3 days. Excellent shipping time. While comfort gets 5 stars, I would give shipping time 5+ stars, size gets 4 stars, needs about 2" longer for feet/legs for a 6 foot tall man. Head doesn't rest against back of seat when sitting/rocking and feet hang off when reclining... I would recommend it if you're interested in total relaxation, kicked back. The foot rest is a bit difficult to put down from a reclining position. The chair is easy to assemble, sturdy and noiseless. As for ease of cleaning, I don't know but I am thinking it's probably one I prefer a recliner cover to protect the beautiful fabric.

The chair is not for a man over 5 ft tall. I’m 6”3 and the chair is way too small for me. It is firm and glides and does not rock. The shipping was awful. FedEx destroyed the box! Amazingly enough the chair appears to be not broken or damaged. But FedEx is the worst. It is easy to assemble and vibrates. It is pretty useless and does nothing as a massage chair. The chair is made in China and is in my opinion overpriced. I would not buy it again. If I had known that te reviews about it being tiny were accurate. I would not have purchased this at all. Good things is that it is a chair. It is comfortable and my wife likes it. I of course hate it. I feel as if I have been taken and paid over $300 for a chair worth about $100. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The chair comes from California and is a Chinese cheap garage. It is not dark grey. It is so much lighter grey and the pictures are deceptive. I want to return it. I am very angry and feel taken!

Just received. I love it. My husband is 6’2” so I ordered the larger size in camel. He has some back issues so he’s excited about the heat. Massage feels nice. Will be great for rocking my grands. Came in 3 boxes. Don’t be alarmed if you get 2 boxes one day and the final box a day or two later. Very easy to assemble—5 minutes or less. My only concern is the handle used to raise the legs. Seems a little flimsy, but hope it will continue to work well for several years to come.

I purchased this recliner last year in may and I loved it. It was very comfy, soft, wide and I enjoyed the heating and massage features. I also enjoyed how far up your legs recline, I am only 5’2 so that was nice. Unfortunately about 4 months later the back support of the frame started to weaken and made the back portion of the recliner lean too far back. It was past the warranty but I reached out to the manufacturer and they were kind and super nice enough. They responded to my message quickly and still replaced my recliner within a couple weeks, without me even sending back the original one. The only down side is that it is not the same style as the first one, although it does have the same features it is a little smaller in width at the seat and the legs don’t recline up as high as I’d like them but overall it was still worth the purchase. I would buy from the company again.

I am beyond satisfied with this recliner and purchase, first off, it came extremely fast, in just like 3-4 days. Second, it was packed extremely well and I was blown at how fast it was to set this up, literally took me 5 mins. It’s very soft and plush. It’s not firm like most recliners but it’s not so plush that you feel the metal underneath. I would say it’s a 5-6 on the firmness scale. It’s a very nice size, perfect for me who is 5’7 and 113 lbs. very satisfying with this purchase and if I ever need some more furniture, I’m definitely coming back.
