Shipped & arrived very quickly. IMPORTANT TIP: DO NOT USE BOX CUTTER TO OPEN TOP OF BOX. The chair top/fabric is very close to the top when you open it. There is a small cardboard strip that has been placed to protect it but you could easily cut the chair. I did not cut mine thankfully! Chair was easy to assemble. It took me about 30 minutes. Instructions were clear. Chair is very small. I am a 5ft tall female & my legs go to the very end of the chair when reclined. You don’t ‘sink’ into the chair seat. I feel like I am sitting up high on the seat. This might change in time as the chair ‘settles in’. The massage & heat features are very subtle even on high setting. I researched this type of chair on Amazon for several months. This chair will work for me but I was a little disappointed, but the price was good for my needs. If returning was not a hassle (repacking & boxing back up) I would return it & look for a different chair. ... show more

I was looking for a manual recliner, nothing with heat or massage. I got exactly what I didn’t want, don’t know how it happened since I did so much work researching the chairs. Just something padded all around with a lever to raise and lower the foot rest. I don’t recommend this chair, you have to kick it so that the foot rest is back in place, and there’s this cheap little plastic pull on the side to recline the chair but you have to push the chair back or it won’t move. I purchased this recliner last year in may and I loved it. It was very comfy, soft, wide and I enjoyed the heating and massage features. I also enjoyed how far up your legs recline, I am only 5’2 so that was nice. Unfortunately about 4 months later the back support of the frame started to weaken and made the back portion of the recliner lean too far back. It was past the warranty but I reached out to the manufacturer and they were kind and super nice enough. They responded to my message quickly and still replaced my recliner within a couple weeks, without me even sending back the original one. The only down side is that it is not the same style as the first one, although it does have the same features it is a little smaller in width at the seat and the legs don’t recline up as high as I’d like them but overall it was still worth the purchase. It doesn’t actually “massage” it just vibrates and after a few months becomes noisy when you turn it on. The heat doesn’t really heat up very much. Perfect size for me and I’m 5’3”, my husband is a little over 6 ft and his feet hang off the end. So they aren’t very big, but the material is nice, they look nice, they swivel all the way around, and there’s a little pocket you can keep remotes and stuff in. Personally if you want something that’s actually cozy you can fall asleep in or something… find a different chair. ... show more
