The chair itself is comfortable. Soft material and beautiful color.I like the heat and massage features. The only thing i do not like is the arm rests. They are not apart of the chair. The are separate. Only meaning that they have to be zipped and velcroed onto the chair itself. What's up with that?     • This recliner is worth the investment
The recliner Arrived in one box. Once we took the recliner out of the box, everything was there that was needed to make assembling it very easy. The back section of the recliner was no problem. Hearing the clicking sound, we knew it had locked in place to the bottom section of the recliner and was not going to move up or down. The two-arm rest fasten on with zippers on the outside and use Velcro to secure in place on the inside. To make sure you're doing the zipper right, think of it this way, it's just like zipping up a jacket. Only it's horizontal instead of vertical. Connecting all of the small electrical cables / wiring was very easy and all of the functions worked properly on the remote. Once the recliner was assembled, I just had to try it out! The recliner felt so soft and comfortable, I just may sleep in it tonight!!! We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a recliner. ... show more

    • Tiny and not worth the money

The chair is not for a man over 5 ft tall. I’m 6”3 and the chair is way too small for me. It is firm and glides and does not rock. The shipping was awful. FedEx destroyed the box! Amazingly enough the chair appears to be not broken or damaged. But FedEx is the worst. It is easy to assemble and vibrates. It is pretty useless and does nothing as a massage chair. The chair is made in China and is in my opinion overpriced. I would not buy it again. If I had known that te reviews about it being tiny were accurate. I would not have purchased this at all. Good things is that it is a chair. It is comfortable and my wife likes it. I of course hate it. I feel as if I have been taken and paid over $300 for a chair worth about $100. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The chair comes from California and is a Chinese cheap garage. It is not dark grey. It is so much lighter grey and the pictures are deceptive.     • Almost perfect.
I purchased this recliner last year in may and I loved it. It was very comfy, soft, wide and I enjoyed the heating and massage features. I also enjoyed how far up your legs recline, I am only 5’2 so that was nice. Unfortunately about 4 months later the back support of the frame started to weaken and made the back portion of the recliner lean too far back. It was past the warranty but I reached out to the manufacturer and they were kind and super nice enough. They responded to my message quickly and still replaced my recliner within a couple weeks, without me even sending back the original one. The only down side is that it is not the same style as the first one, although it does have the same features it is a little smaller in width at the seat and the legs don’t recline up as high as I’d like them but overall it was still worth the purchase. The media could not be loaded. Wow, wow, wow! I was skeptical buying a recliner that I never touched or sat in in person, but this exceeded my expectations! It’s super soft, swivels, recline’s, massages, and heats. It’s not a “massive” recliner (probably not made for 7’ tall individuals), but that wasn’t what I was searching for. My only recommendation for buyers is that you will need to have a plug near the location you want to place it. Simple assembly, no tools, less than 10 minutes. Recliner front sits angled back needs to be start vertical, Poor back no neck support the tension just says back does not hold neck totally no neck support I'm not tall. Dislike that is not strong enough back support. I don't want to slowly sway back. I am 272lbs. Like the seat cushion and all chuison support the padding is well supporting. Need taller neck support I am 5'10" does not reach my neck very frustrating. I am stuck leaning forward due to lack of back and neck support. U guys almost made it. Vibration is good.
