If I could leave no stars I would. I'm unable to return the couch because I used Amazon financing and it is past the return time. As soon as we got the couch it seem smaller than advertised because the accounted for the l shape as the length. The is extremely hard to sit on almost like plywood. The material of the couch also gets lint balls after use.The couch started falling apart on the first week of use with the tear in the fabric. And finally on the 2 month the wall completely fell off. I wish they would make this great but I doubt it. Stay away from this brand completely. ... show more

The couch is very low to the ground and hard the depth is for a skinny person not one thst has a large rear like myself it would make a great first apartment couch dorm room etc... but not something for a long term sofa

Item arrived slightly damaged with two small tears in the fabric and velvet. Many staple ends and splintered wood pieces are out in the open underneath where you have to attach washers and bolts. This caused some scratching to our hands. One of the holes was not drilled in the correct place on the fabric so we had to cut our own hole in order to fit a back piece on correctly. The instructions weren't quite clear on what frame was the sofa and what was the chaise so there was some confusion. What should've only taken an hour to assemble took almost two hours.
