High quality artist tools. Comprehensive in contents, and lacks for nothing. Only con was that while in transit the crayons flew all over inside the drawer in which they reside. One of them had the tip broken off - a little disappointing. Some sort of foam needs to rest upon the crayons to secure their positioning in transit. ... show more

My 13-year old budding artist loved this set. It has everything you need for drawing and painting, and while not the sturdiest case, the value for the price is great. One caveat is that the crayons are not secured, so that in shipping they fell all over inside their drawer. Luckily, before gifting it, I opened it and spent 20 minutes reinserting the crayons back into their slots. None of the crayons were damaged, just all skittywampus. I cut a piece of thin cardboard to fit the drawer and placed it on top of the crayons, and they then stayed put even when the case was carried and tipped over. The manufacturer should add a thin (inexpensive) piece of cardboard prior to packaging and shipping. Still 5 stars for quality at the price. ... show more
