So I ordered this for my new back yard and was so excited it actually showed up early. I opened up all 4 boxes and was immediately confused on the directions, I normal could just look at the pictures and figure it out, but oh it took me and my son 2 days to assemble, after we put them together I was immediately disappointed on how the leg parts were plastic and the Cushions you had to stuff in the covers they weren’t done already. I arranged the pieces and sat down to relax after a long 2 days of assembly them to find it a bit uncomfortable and really low to the ground. Like the couch but recieved one less adjustable leg screw (company helped get this fixed), shipping was a nightmare, and I had a seam pop within 2 weeks of owning it for which the company was not willing to help out with. Overall though the couch came, it set it up, and it does it's job. I like that there are straps behind the back rests to help keep them from flying in the wind or when kids are playing on it (my neighbors has this issue with theirs). Just wish it was easier to get single pieces (company provided a solution for which I'm not too thrilled but it is there if I really wanted to use it). Overall, plan to buy it again to make my set a little larger and add "end pieces" to the end that I'm currently lacking ... show more

The furniture is not for a large space. The set looks like doll furniture. It is not for sitting on to be comfy. When you sit ON this furniture.... you will not be comfortable. This is only to fill space. If it wasn’t so much to box it back up I would return it. But for the money... I’ll go buy something in addition that’s not so uncomfortable. This is not a night time watch a movie outdoor sofa. Double thumbs down ... show more

We got the red and it is a beautiful color red. The fabric is definitely an outdoor, ok to get wet, great by the pool, almost like a thicker parachute feel. This does make the cushions slide a bit. Easy to put together. We got several packages over a few days which freaked us out at first because Amazon said delivered and we were missing half the sectional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars are although the back pillows are cushy, they are shorter than back so there is a small gap between each. Having the correct tool, the seats were easy to assemble. The cushions looked as if they would not fit in the covers. Make sure that the cushion is completely in the before zipping it closed. Take your time in zipping it closed. There were L shaped bottoms for 3 of the seats. Amazon quickly notified the proper person ! I was so pleased with how the person , Ms. Reta, was so helpful! I cannot say how durable this seating is since it has rained almost every day and we have not tried it out! When all the feet have arrived and put on , I will test it out! ... show more

My furniture did not come with all the hardware I needed. I contacted the seller and learned several bolts were on backorder. They did offer me a credit to find bolts that fit. This was not a good consumer experience but I finally got my patio set put together.

I am beyond happy with this set. I was actually able to put the entire thing together by myself. It took me about 4 hours total because I started at night and finished in the morning but it was entirely worth it. Super comfortable and I love being outside now. I paid to have this set put together by a professional through Amazon. Upon installation the gentleman showed me that the legs for the set do not fit. The holes did not align with the bottom of the couch (the legs were too large). It already sits extremely low, without the legs it's even lower. Upon explaining this to the seller, sending them pictures,going back and forth, they wanted to argue that they fit. I would not recommend this set from this seller...it's too expensive to not be 100% correct! Shame on this seller! ... show more
