    • this thing has been severely abused and still going strong.
I've had this for one ear and four months with a 5 year old and eight year old who have not been gentle with my ipad placed in this case. I paired it with a screenprotector and my ipad has been thrown, dropped and had things spilled on it. I have had this device for about a week. It's been great so far. It took me a bit to install my iPad on it and at first I thought I bought the wrong version. After several tries and consulting the instructions and reading that I indeed had the right version that works with my ipad, was able to get the ipad installed on the device. Here is something I notice: the volume notches on the top of the case keyboard do not match up with the volume buttons so it will not turn the volume up or down. It will only do it on the keyboard. If I were using it in 360 mode and the keyboard were hidden, this would be an inconvenience. Otherwise it's been good so far. I am still getting used to their keypad instructions but I find the mouse handy. Connection for me was a breeze. My iPad recognized it immediately when I turned on the Bluetooth and the keyboard. I haven't charged the keyboard since the first day and so far the battery is still good. I'll update after a couple of months or so of how the device is performing. For the money, it seemed pricy to me, but it was hard finding the color I wanted from other sellers; I bought it for the color first, mouse track pad, and 360 capability. I have a green iPad air 4 so I have something that matches a little bit closer, as I got the ocean/ lake blue color. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ive already bought a keyboard from this company for my ipad pro 12.9 and it was great for school! I always got compliments on it and it functioned so well. The keyboard keys are sturdy with cool backlights in case you need to see. Some of the set ups for me arent needed but its a great option to be able to spin your screen (ipad) around if you need to show someone something. I love this keyboard 100% great color options great protection plan, charge last FOREVER which is nice since im always on the go and forget to charge sometimes! Definitely get one if youre thinking about it ... show more

The case overall is very nice, typing on it for grad school lectures has been a breeze. My complaints are the fact that using a screen protector on your iPad doesn’t work well, it will peel up everytime I open the case and the color rubs off onto the iPad screen and any surface the case comes in contact with. ... show more

I really like this keyboard and case for the ipad air. I wish it had corner magnets or a wrap closure of some sort to help it stay aligned better. When it is closed, sometimes the top and bottom twist slightly from each other when I pick it up. Would also like a rugged option to absorb shock or a handle.     • Don’t waste your money…keeps failing
I bought this in Sept of 2021. It is March 2022. In a period of six months I have had to have this replaced three times. Yesterday it failed again. Rather than go for a fourth time I called AMAZON and got a refund. I worked with the company on the previous three occasions. Every time they had me do various steps to restore it. They all failed. Each time I had to take a video of the problem and submit it to them. Each time they said that they would replace it. Each time I got another case that failed within two months. I only used the keyboard feature once a week. So, it’s not overuse. The case itself is a great innovation…but my husband had exactly the same problems with his. Look for something else. ... show more

I love this keyboard case! Over the years, I have had at least four other iPad cases, and this one is the best by far! I chose a turquoise blue color which I really like. The fact that the iPad holder swivels is a great feature as is the colorful lit keyboard. The price was very reasonable, it is easy to use, and it seems quite sturdy.
