I love this. I don’t use the lights for the keyboard but if you want to there are many vibrant colors and the brightness is adjustable. The charge holds for a really long time but again I don’t use the lights. It also charges up quickly. Made well, has a little weight to it but again it’s quality. I like this case and am still getting used to the compact layout of the keyboard. My big hands have difficulty negotiating the layout with ease. But that is my issue. It looks good and overall works well. It is a bit heavy which is not a major problem. The one issue I have with the design is the pen holder relies on the magnet of the iPad and on occasion falls off when I am opening the clasp which is at the pen location. It would be nice if there were a true pen holder to protect the pen while it is mobile. Which is a lot for me. Other than that, it is a good buy I think. ... show more

I am very happy to have purchased this keyboard/case instead of the Apple Magic Keyboard, mainly because of the huge price difference. Nevertheless, this keyboard is very high quality, looks premium, and it has so many functions that I doubt most users would complain. It is quite intuitive to use and easy to install. The backlight colors look great and there are so many to choose from. So far, the connectivity has been top notch, the battery lasts as advertised, the touch pad feels great and responsive, and the keys feel nice to type on. My iPad Air 13” (M2) fits perfectly, and I think it is very convenient that the iPad just attaches magnetically so it is very easy to attach/detach. The case itself seems sturdy and provides protection, but I’m not keen on dropping it to test its durability. Something I really like about the case/keyboard is that when it is folded, you can see that the keys are NOT touching the iPad’s screen. Great! I ordered this needing an option to keep my iPad secure and safe along with the functionality of being able to use it like a laptop without having to carry my laptop around. I am very happy with this product so far. The iPad connects to the stand via magnet very easily and feels very secure. I love the angles that I can set the iPad at and the keyboard feels great and responsive. Also very happy with the trackpad and I feel like I’m able to use this just as intended. I feel for the price it’s a solid product. My only issue is that the finish on the case does leave smudges or streaks of finger print marks. I feel they wiped away pretty easily though and it may just be my ocd of keeping things clean. Nothing I can’t get over. But if you have little ones that will be using it then expect it to show grease or dirt from their hands lol. Overall very happy. ... show more

I bought this to replace my apple Magic Keyboard as the tilt hinge is starting to fail (2 years old.) This keyboard case looks nice, it isn’t leather so I can take it into a cleanroom environment and meets my expectations from its description. Pros: The keyboard has a lot of extra keys I didn’t have on the apple Magic Keyboard. The battery life seems amazing (other reviews also mention this with up to 2 months between a charge) probably why the added weight. The tilt hinge gives me the angles I want. It works with Moft snap case (which is a thin plastic cover for the iPad that adds an Apple Pencil holding slot) and still stays magnetically attached to the case. The keys feel good, they aren't cherry switches but they aren’t too noisy and have a good feel. The f and j home bumps are big enough that you easily find home for your finger. The touchpad works well when needed. Cons: No mag safe charging for your iPad when charging the keyboard, this is known and clearly listed as not a feature in the description and questions. Backlit keys stay lit when closing the case for about a minute and a half. Not too horrible but distracting in meetings or at night when you close it for bed. Cannot get the iPad to lock with the keyboard shortcut. Manual says Fn + Del= screen lock/unlock. This isn’t working for me on my iPad Pro (2021) Touchpad disable is not stored to memory, each time you power up the keyboard the touchpad is enabled by default. Backlit keys are off by default when powered on, not restored on power up to previous setting. Heavy, this is much heavier than my Magic Keyboard, mostly due to that keyboard drew power from the iPad, and this one had a battery. Still would like an escape key for when remoting to a windows machine. Overall I am very happy with this keyboard, I took off one star for the weight, lock/unlock not working and no escape key (not mentioned anywhere that I found that it was or wasn’t available) I hope this review is helpful for future buyers. ... show more
