When I first opened this keyboard case, I loved the design. Unfortunately, the keyboard is really finicky and difficult to use. I’ll be typing away and (maybe?) my hand brushes over the touchpad and suddenly, the keyboard ceases to work. It takes minutes of fussing with it to figure out how to get it working again. I just hate, hate, hate this keyboard!!!! Lowered my rating because I continually need to “forget this device” and re-pair, even in the middle of typing. It’s just terrible! ... show more

This literally is so amazing, you can treat it just as a normal laptop easy to use keys and I thought that since it was magnetic it my iPad would fall right out if I tried to carry it, NOPE literally stuck in place, unless your purposely trying to take it off, it’s so easy just tap your finger and go, I thought that it wouldn’t close all the way because of a different review but it works amazing, also thought it would be hard to pair but all I did was put my iPad in and went to Bluetooth and it automatically connected. Y’all NEED this if you’re thinking about buying this or the Apple one… this one all the way. ALL THE WAY. DO. IT. 👏👏👏 (also the keys light up) ... show more

Purchased this keyboard case for my wife’s IPad 10. Did have some concerns after seeing some videos of the ipad slipping down basically the magnets not holding. There are other more expensive side cases - paying Apple the usual brand tax for their case doesn't seem to justify the Apple logo - case looks good, fits perfectly and works really well. Keys work like a full size keyboard with tactile feel that allows for prolonged use. Recommend it.

    • A Remarkably Expensive Yet Poorly Performing Case [Keys Stopped Working]

Overall, this was one of the first iPad 10 cases that came out. It also has the look of the apple case. However, it's not a good case. It's a very expense yet poor performing case. 1. you frequently must "reconnect" the case; the purpose of the case is a type pad case. This does work much of the time, and it's nice for those features 2. the case does look nice, which is a plus Unreliable: 1. we recently had several buttons stop working; contacted manufacture, but it was no longer covered; for such a high price (over a hundred dollars for a single keyboard case), this was very dissapoingting. 2. the keyboard does have a "cheap" feel to it; it's plasticey, the keys feel low quality - sort of what you'd expect if you'd paid perhaps $20 to $30 [not the $120 I paid new]; as this was one of the only cases when the iPad 10 came out, I went with this and sort of lived with the poor feel / build (even though it has a premium price!) 3. several keys just stopped working; that was a bummer but figured given the high price this would be covered, but no, they did not take care of the repair Summary: a high price for a relatively low quality build product; I did use the case for probably a year and a half - not the life I would have expected (I have a "Belkin" case from my prior ipad which has a nice keyboard and is still kicking... probably around 10 years old... kids use it now :-)). I'll most likely be switching to a similar price but much higher quality Logitech case. ... show more
