The style is great and quality of build is very good as well. It came packaged very well but it appears someone had dropped it onto one corner as one of the plastic adjusting feet was shattered. But with most good products I received 2 extra so no problems. The handle was very easy to install and looks very nice. I plugged it in and set the temp to 38 and within about 4 hours it was already there. I let it sit over night for everything to settle and Adjust and it works very well. The adjustability of the shelves is awesome. And they do slide out some so you can reach the product on the back of the rack. The lock on the door is not so great the door will still open a little, but I'll never use it anyway so that don't bother me I only mentioned it so if you need to be able to lock it. It does work but be aware the door will open about 3/4 of an inch. Overall this is an awesome fridge it replaced one we have had over 10 years that finally stopped cooling. I'm hoping this one gives the same longevity. I highly recommend this product for quality. And the amount of drinks you can fit. ... show more

I purchased a Tylza 154 bottle wine cooler refrigerator in December 2023. Initially I was very concerned because the outer packaging was damaged during shipping and I was concerned that it may have also damaged the unit itself. I contacted Tylza customer service via email and I received an immediate response from Lisa. Liza was terrific. She was extremely knowledgeable, and responsive. She answered all my questions, and if she did not know the answer, she consulted with her technical staff, and got back to me the next day. Based on Lisa’s answers and outstanding customer service I kept the cooler rather than returning it. I have had it running for over a month now, and I am extremely happy with the unit. It is very quiet, cools down quickly and holds the temperature that it is set at. I’m a very satisfied customer and very impressed with Tylza’s Customer Service and especially with Lisa. I have been very pleased overall with my refrigerator. It looks great under the counter and is not noisy. It keeps my beverages cold and has adjustable shelves to custom fit your drinks sizes. I did have an issue with it after about a year not keeping my beverages as cold as before, so I reached out to Tylza customer service. They have been amazing regarding their customer service. I purchased this wine cooler for its capacity and dissensions. It fits perfectly in the space I wanted to use it. The compressor is specifically specified for continuous use as a wine cooler. It has twin circulation fans that help it be more efficient. This efficiency was not well described in the owners manual. After setting up the cooler per the instructions i set the temperature that I wanted to hold in the cabinet. After several days of trials, I learned that the optimum temperature set-point to maintain 55-F was 3 degrees cooler than my desired temperature. I contacted Tylza customer service and Lisa responded to my email inquiry. She requested I provide pictures and a full description of my concern, which she shared with Tylza engineers. The result was that I learned the lower temperature set pint is one way that the wine cooler is energy efficient. After the high efficient compressor achieves the lower set point temperature, the twin fans keep the air circulating as the cooler warm slightly - by 3-F in my case. This offset actually saves energy by letting the compressor only run intermittently. All communication between Tylza staff and myself was very quick. I was very happy to learn more about how my wine cooler was supposed to work. I recommend the Tylza wine cooler to anyone who needs a dependable cooler to store their wine collection. ... show more

Review for Wine Cooler Model TYWC408S Item arrived damaged due to inadequate packing material. Upper door hinge broken, controller knocked loose, small dent in upper left corner of cabinet and door. Lisa at CoolersUS support offered monitory compensation for dents and loose controller (controller was easy to fix) and sent out a replacement door hinge. Lisa provided prompt and excellent support! The wine cooler seems solidly built, holds temperature well, runs very quiet.. We have almost all Italian wine which are various size bottles. Most fit well, some a little long or wide to fit perfectly. Overall a very nice wine cooler for the money with good bottle capacity. ... show more

My wife and I are finishing our basement off and we wanted an under the counter 24" beverage refrigerator and wine cooler for the bar area. I found the Tylza products on Amazon and the pricing and reviews looked pretty good, so I ordered both. The beverage refrigerator came in first. The box had signs of shipping damage. When I opened it, I found that the back panel had been damaged and the door was not hanging level due to the hinges. I plugged it in and found that it ran quietly and came down the set temperature so it appears no internal damage was done. I contacted Tylza customer services about the damage. Lisa handled my complaint and was very helpful in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I went from feeling negative about keeping the product to feeling good about it. Time will tell how well the products holds up, but the excellent response from Lisa made me want to support Tylza. The product looks good and runs quietly, so I am hopeful that it will give me many years of service. ... show more
