This product came delivered damaged. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning but feel it needs a discount as it doesn't look all that good. It looks like to much pressure was applied to the strap down. Otherwise, the product is working good.

The package arrived in great condition. The box was in great condition, but there is a 7 inch round and inch deep dent in the product. It had to come that way from the manufacturer. The box was fine. The delivery people were friendly and handled the item with care. Amazon support said I needed to return it, because they couldn't guarantee the functionality with the dent. BUT, it took me talking to 17 people at Amazon to organize a return. Then, once the return was organized, the pickup company came over 24 hours early. As I sit here, I got a text for the pickup tomorrow. Amazon support who coordinated this said that I would have my refund immediately. Guess what? I do NOT. They haven't even recorded the item as a received return. I HAD TO CALL AMAZON TO TELL THEM it was picked up. I HAD TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. The shipping company that picked it up didn't have paperwork for me AT ALL, so I had to take a picture of their form they had me sign. Amazon refuses to recognize this as a returned item at this point. I am now on hold with the TWENTY FIRST HUMAN BEING who is actually quite kind, but doesn't have authority to help me. She's doing her best. I've lost track of how many phone calls it's been. For the refund, and how many hours I've had to work to get my refund, I think I'm making about FIVE US DOLLARS an hour on getting my money back. I am totally at a loss, and was last told I will get my money back in THIRTY DAYS. Not the "Immediately" I was told when I started this process. THIRTY DAYS. Buyer beware. Don't buy BULK ITEMS FROM AMAZON. The refrigerator cools well, but doesn't have separate freezer control. My product sweat on the back wall, which the manual says is a door seal problem. Considering the damage is right near the door seal and the door frame was bent, I guess that is probably the issue. I'm disappointed I had to send it back. I really liked it. I ordered the first one from this company, had the team ready to install and upon opening the box, we discovered it was damaged so severely we were unable to even install it or get it to work. Amazon refunded us 100%, I had to pay my installers to go away. Ordered another new refridgerator from the same company. Called back the installers and opened the box to find that this one had minor damage on the outside, worked - but all of the internal glass shelves were smashed. Before we installed or before I returned this again, Amazon and I got on the phone with the manufacture and customer service, and had them assure us that they would send us the replacement shelves immediately, that they had created a case file and would be in touch, to go ahead and install the fridge and the shelves would be on their way. So we installed the damaged fridge - it works but is just a cavernous space. We built the wall unit back around the fridge. and waited. and waited, and waited. I called to find out no case file had been made. So we made one again. I waited and waited. I have now exchanged about 20 emails with the company who wish me to pull out the fridge so I can read a specific serial number off the top back of the fridge - i have provided them with every identifying mark and accessible serial number, barcode, tank identification - but none of those will do. They will not send me anything, nor will they acknowledge their terrible customer service. I will never buy this product again, nor would I recommend anyone else buying it. It seems that every product in the container had been dropped or smashed, every fridge was damaged and the company is doing nothing about repairing or fixing the situation for their clients. Amazon should stop distributing this, and having to return payments to clients and fill the world up with smashed fridges.
