The package arrived in great condition. The box was in great condition, but there is a 7 inch round and inch deep dent in the product. It had to come that way from the manufacturer. The box was fine. The delivery people were friendly and handled the item with care. Amazon support said I needed to return it, because they couldn't guarantee the functionality with the dent. BUT, it took me talking to 17 people at Amazon to organize a return. Then, once the return was organized, the pickup company came over 24 hours early. As I sit here, I got a text for the pickup tomorrow. Amazon support who coordinated this said that I would have my refund immediately. Guess what? I do NOT. They haven't even recorded the item as a received return. I HAD TO CALL AMAZON TO TELL THEM it was picked up. I HAD TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. The shipping company that picked it up didn't have paperwork for me AT ALL, so I had to take a picture of their form they had me sign. Amazon refuses to recognize this as a returned item at this point. I am now on hold with the TWENTY FIRST HUMAN BEING who is actually quite kind, but doesn't have authority to help me. She's doing her best. I've lost track of how many phone calls it's been. For the refund, and how many hours I've had to work to get my refund, I think I'm making about FIVE US DOLLARS an hour on getting my money back. I am totally at a loss, and was last told I will get my money back in THIRTY DAYS. Not the "Immediately" I was told when I started this process. THIRTY DAYS. Buyer beware. Don't buy BULK ITEMS FROM AMAZON. The refrigerator cools well, but doesn't have separate freezer control. My product sweat on the back wall, which the manual says is a door seal problem. Considering the damage is right near the door seal and the door frame was bent, I guess that is probably the issue. I'm disappointed I had to send it back. I really liked it. I actually love it, it's a spacious and I'm using it in my RV that I live in full time, I decided to get a regular refrigerator rather than switching to propane and I'm happy I did. Only one month of warranty and after the months it stops cooling at the bottom, I do not recommend buying it, it is rubbish, apart from that it emits a horrible acidic smell, it makes all the foods smell very bad, it makes a lot of ice and it does not cool well At the bottom, approximately $300 was thrown into the trash, I really regret buying it, don't make the mistake I made! 1st off, I had it plugged in over 7 hours before the compressor finally shut off. I have the temp set on 3.5. (NOTE) While typing this and taking 2 extra photos, the compressor already came back on and it's quite cool in my home. Not a good sign and it isn't super quiet either. The 8-10 year old 3.2 cu. ft. one I have is quieter. Sounds like there are critters inside running around. The top has a double dent, while not a huge issue because it's on the top and I'll have something up there, when I pay $400 for something, I really don't want it to come with dents. There is also one on the back a little bigger, but again, on back so I don't care. They have it protected with a cling film that took me nearly an hour to get it all off. While happy it's protected, does it really have to be that hard to get off? I'd have left it on the sides and top, but it was already torn on one side and looked bad. Within 1 hour the back wall had frosted (in the refrigerator, not the freezer) so that tells me there isn't much insulation in this unit. The freezer actually seems to be doing quite well. I bought this for my home office as I've been using a 3.2 cu.ft. for probably 8-10 years and it did just fine (still does) but I wanted more space. This fridge isn't as deep on the shelves as my 3.2 is, but there is lots of room on the doors. But to be totally honest, the layout of the fridge isn't quite what I thought. I won't use the crisper for anything other than some soft drinks. It (the new one) is wider left to right but again as I can keep 6 water bottles abreast and 4 deep (5th one overhangs). The freezer is small and it is what I wanted and expected on that note. I took a photo with a water bottle sitting inside for scale. 16.9oz size. I'm hoping my drinks are much colder by tomorrow though. My small one has the freezer section inside, so my drinks stayed extra cold, but it was a PITA to clean the slab of ice once it froze over. So, I'm going to give this a week or two before I decide to keep it or send it back. Time will tell. The jury is still out but the verdict isn't looking too favorable at this time. ... show more

I've had no problems out of this fridge. For the price given, you get a lot of space for food and this works much better than a mini fridge, which could cost around the same price.
