We ordered this product to take the place of our inefficient, large refrigerator with the freezer on top. I have some physical limitations which make the under-the-counter drawer fridge a much better option for me. The fridge came 4 days earlier than originally expected...just an added bonus. The fridge is very quiet and exceptionally energy efficient. I like that the interior and exterior are stainless steel (great for easy of cleaning) and I especially like how attractive the unit is. I highly recommend this product over some of the more expensive ones. ( I had Sub Zero refrigerator drawers a number of years ago...very expensive and offering very little extra for the price.) ... show more

Just received prompt delivery by Amazon Very well packaged not damaged as some other reviews indicated . took 15 minutes to install . Replaced an overpriced subzero. Cools well happy with temperature 35 f is plenty cold for my drinks. Compressor is Not noisy I am not sure why others indicated this. Seems to be quality construction, nice doors and handles. I have no issues so I cannot comment on customer service. Happy with purchase I do hope it lasts for a few years It does have a three year warranty which looks nice on paper. This dual zone beverage and wine cooler is moderately priced for the quality and features. It is a very nice design and looks great. The digital temperature readouts are easy to read and there are interior LED lights that makes searching for your beverage or wine at night that much easier, however the light button does not have any backlighting making the button hard to find in the dark. As long as you know it is a couple inches to the left of the temperature readout, you're OK. It would be just a little bit better if the backlighting was there to see the options. There are many units cheaper and many more expensive. I was looking for a split dual zone unit for beverages with a temperature to get as low as possible. I like my beverages ice cold. This unit says it cools to 35 degrees on the beverage side and it seems to usually be between 35-37 with a thermometer. I couldn't find any units in this price range that cooled less than 35 degrees. 33-34 would have been ideal. Many others I was considering had their lowest temperature at 36-38, so this unit won on that feature. The wine side cools as the setting shows. It also has nice wooden wine shelves that slide out and hold enough wine for my needs. The beverage side has stable glass shelves that can also slide out and you can arrange to adjust the height of the cans or bottles to be stored. The unit took a few weeks to be delivered, but it arrived packed and protected with professional quality. I previously tried to purchase another model from a local big box store, but they shipped me 2 units that had to be returned due to several dents and dings. I was happy to see no dents or dings in this unit when it arrived. Now that I’ve given you a good overall review of the unit, I would also like to mention that when we received the cooler, the fan was very loud and somewhat annoying. It turned on often and ran for 12-20 minutes at a time. I contacted the customer service and over the next several weeks, Mark was able to assist in shipping me two different replacement fans and emailed a video instruction on how to replace it. The second fan set was a newer model fan runs quieter and so far, we are very pleased. The customer service at Itylza was both personable and professional. Mark seemed very sincere in his commitment to resolve this issue and stay in touch. ... show more

Customer Support 5 Star, Product 4 Star. Customer Support: Had an issue with initial delivery, the unit had physical damage. Worked with manufacturer & Amazon for a replacement unit. Replacement unit received, no damage and works beautifully. Nice exterior. (stainless steel door), good lighting, and temperature control. Manufacturer extended warranty on the replacement unit due to the problem. Product: The racks inside and their placement (ability to adjust) is not optimal. If all three racks are used, one space is so narrow it is useless. If only two racks are used there is wasted space. We are only using two of the three racks provided, found it to be the best configuration. ... show more

Looked around a LOT. Wanted a quality appliance but didn’t want to break the bank. Was hesitant about the shipping after reading some reviews. Box was a bit worn but to be expected w such a heavy product. Looked perfect. Not a scratch. Looks and works great in our basement bar area.
