This is my 2nd pair of Twisted X Rancher boots. The first pair I got was the tan color with the green and white stitching on the side. I returned those within a week because after the first time wearing them, the rubber inlay in the sole (the clear rubber where you can see the “X” underneath) started separating from the sole. So the next pair I ordered, I opted for the full leather sole thinking they’d be more durable. Well the leather is more durable but the rubber on the heel is not apparently. I’ve had these boots for exactly 4 months but I’ve only worn them enough that they’re barely broke in. They’ve never been wet or dirty. I’ve never even cleaned these boots yet and you can see in the pictures how new they look. They’re already falling apart. For the price, one would expect much more quality and durability. Hopefully they stand behind their products. From what I’ve found so far, that may not be the case. On Twisted X website, they state all warranty is handled through the retailer at the point of sale. I hope they come through. Update: I just want to say that the seller of this item (Dealrise) absolutely came through and took excellent care of me regarding the issue with these boots. I would 100% buy from them again. 1 star for the Twisted X brand-which is unfortunate because they make good looking and comfortable boots. 5 stars for the seller for stellar customer service. ... show more

These boots look amazing and are made very well with great quality materials. I was very pleased with the seller too. Unfortunately I had to send back because they were too tight

Terrible product. No durability at all. I went through a pair in a month and the heels fell off, they were replaced and the second pair only lasted a month too with the same issue and the supplier and manufacture denied the warantee claim saying they were "too well worn" which is a rediclious statement as they were only worn for a month. Extremely disapointed and wasted a decent amount of money on them ... show more

Pulled boots out to see small leather flakes coming off the boots and and 1” splits in the leather of both boots. No wonder they’re discounted.
