It goes together fairly easy until you have to put the tiny corner screws in the back and then the backboard is completely off track when you flip it over.     • Arrived damaged and in separate packages on separate days
The overall quality would have been fine, but several pieces were damaged from shipping. For example there is a massive scratch all along the top of the dresser and several dents/chips along the sides. If it weren't for those issues, the actual dresser does what it needs to do and the price is reasonable. There was no way to really contact anyone from Amazon or the company that makes it to ask about why I had only received half of the dresser for about three days and there was no notification that it would arrive in two packages at all. ... show more

After almost two years of owning this, I truly regret ever buying it. The drawers are so narrow that you can’t fit much clothes in them. I guess if you wanted to fill all six drawers with socks, it’s perfect. But forget shirts and jeans, because if you put them in it, they’re too heavy and you will CONSTANTLY have to take every bit of clothing out so you can reassemble the drawer because the cheap paper bottom collapses in. ... show more

After searching several websites for a dresser that will match the color of my bed, I finally found this one, at first I was not sure about buying it because the bad reviews but I decided to take a risk, the color was perfect, the dresser was just what I wanted. I was looking for something simple and pretty but It was the worst mistake! the dresser came in two parts, (2 boxes) the instructions, although they do not come very clear and you have to guess where to put each piece, finally I did it! I finished putting it together and voalá! It was perfect, the headache was when I started assembling the drawers, after assembling the 5 drawers while assembling the last one I realized that there were no pieces left! Small detail, only 5 bases for the drawers came so I had to figure out and put a piece of cardboard underneath to have the sixth drawer! I must have returned it I know! I should contacted Amazon to return it but after all the time it took me to put it together with the instructions halfway because they are only drawings, they do not explain where you have to put exactly each piece sincerely I decided to leave it like that, just thinking about having to take it apart and putting it in the boxes to return it to the seller gives me a headache so no way, at least it has not fallen apart until today, for the next I think I should pay attention on the bad reviews before risking wasting my money because $300 is a lot of money!! ... show more

    • I received one box. Manufacturer customer service is 👎🏻
Apparently this comes in two packages. I received one. I waited a couple days and checked the reviews seeing that other people received the second box a couple days later.. I didn’t, and I didn’t get a tracking number on the second box so I filed a claim and Amazon was wanting me to return the one box I did have.. which is dumb when I should just be sent the second box. So I reached out to the manufacturer and apparently this is normal to have “missing pieces”. It’s about 70% of the dresser that is missing. So they finally call me back, the customer service is trash. The guy fought with me saying the second box was delivered at the same time as the first one. It wasn’t. I even asked the UPS worker to check if there was a second box because there was no way it all fit in that one box. He checked twice and there wasn’t. So I went inside and opened it and low and behold, it wasn’t all in that box 🙄. So I patiently waited about 4 days. Still nothing. This morning the customer service representative finally agreed to send the second smaller box acting like I’m the one scamming them. What on earth would I be needing or wanting extra pieces for a dresser? Doesn’t make sense why he would act like that. When he sent out the request finally to send me that second box, I didn’t get a tracking number, and best part of the call was him having the audacity to add in again, at the end before hanging up, “they still say the second box was delivered”. As if he was trying to still accuse me of lying. Should have gone to ikea 🙃 ... show more
