These are a great value. They have really strong sound for their size. They don't make the biggest sound bar when put together, but they still fill a room with sound! I use them as my computer speakers. I was able to replace an old (but still great) Cambridge system with a subwoofer and they sound every bit as good as those did. I have them actually under my desk, but they still sound great when watching YouTube, or streaming my favorite shows on my PC. I have also tested the Bluetooth capability. They were REALLY EASY to pair and there was no noticable lag time (like my wife's car! UGH). A quick change to aux input and the bluetooth quickly drops right off and the PC audio kicks right back in. I can confidently say these would work great with any TV.     • Surprisingly good sound at a low price!
Out of the box, this was easy to assemble. All necessary cables, etc. were included except batteries for the remote. Upon assembly, I tried the soundbar configuration first. I was surprised at the excellent sound separation between left and right channels, given that both sound sources were coming from the center of the listening area. Connected via optical to my television, sound from streaming movies was clear. The speaker is capable of a wide volume range and has no trouble being heard. Next, I tried separate right and left speakers on either side of the TV. The sound was less powerful and of lower quality than the soundbar configuration, so I do not suggest using these as two separate speakers. I also played music via Bluetooth from my phone to the speakers. While the speakers connected to my phone effortlessly, the sound was a bit tinny and lacked bass. Of course, sound quality via Bluetooth is compressed, so one can't expect the quality of AirPlay or a wired connection. I have yet to try the other connections. If I discover anything of importance, I will update this review. Bottom line: at this price point, you won't find better sound. I'm impressed! ... show more

This sound bar is great. Nice quality at an affordable price. It came with every cable needed for any style connection & it was very easy to set up. The sound is rich with decent bass & really impressive clarity over the TV speakers. The remote is nice & easy to use. I really like that you can separate this sound bar into 2 sound bars that stand up & includes a base attachment for each. The Bluetooth is great too so I'm able to switch between my using it for my TV or phone. I highly recommend this sound bar for anyone looking for an affordable, great sounding, easy to use, Bluetooth sound bar. ... show more

    • Don't bother with these
I was given these for free by the company. I still wanted to review them even though I ended up returning them for a defective remote. The sound is a little better than my very old 32" TV. In particular the mid and high ranges are clearer. That being said, I would not have kept this. The bass out of the unit is lacking. My 8" PowerAdd portable Bluetooth speaker has better bass sound which for TV is important to me. It was easy to assemble and looks pretty nice. If your TV has broken sound or just really terrible sound by design these would be an improvement but I would recommend going with something that includes a sub wolfer. ... show more

    • Easy and Convenient to use
This soundbar is a very simple, yet very useful item. I very much liked how you can convert it from a soundbar to separate speakers. So far, I have hooked it up to my TV and through bluetooth to my phone. It produces a good, balanced sound that is clear. The speakers focus more on the high to mid ranges, so vocals are very clear. I watched a TV show, a hockey game, and then music, and had no issues whatsoever with the sound quality. I especially liked how I could hook it to my TV using either HDMI or Digital out, and the best part is that they included RCA, HDMI, Digital out, and mini headphone cords! Installation is simple. All you need is a basic understanding of how to plug in cables, or if you're using bluetooth, just how to pair your device. My favorite feature is the "boost" button on the remote. You can quickly increase the volume of the speakers, in case there is unexpected noise. Overall a very good product, one that I would definitely recommend in this price range. ... show more

This arrived today and I installed it immediately. I've been able to use optical, auxiliary, HDMI, and bluetooth for audio input; all have worked well without any issues. The "boost" option produces a pleasant bass, and seems to extend the volume range somewhat. Having the option to use this as a sound bar (on a flat surface or wall-mounted) as well as splitting it apart to use it as two bookshelf-style speakers is very nice, especially when you don't have much surface space available. These do not power off automatically; I appreciate that. This is replacing another sound bar that did power itself off periodically, and the volume levels never seemed to match up. This one produces full-bodied sound with a good range, suitable for music, movies, or other output. My only gripe is that the piower button on the sound bar wouldn't work for me - I had to track down some AAA batteries so I could use the remote to turn it on and choose what mode I wanted (optical vs. aux vs HDMI etc..) but once configured, it stays on. I'm quite pleased with this unit. You likely will be, too. :) ... show more
