I did something to my ankle/foot 3 months ago. I have no idea what, just had a lot of pain and swelling. I work on my feet, so it has been a rather miserable time. I did everything. Nothing worked. I tried other stuff that was supposed to remove inflammation, took some out but not much. Then I found this. It is not the best tasting stuff I have ever swallowed, but it isn't the worst. I mix it with a couple ounces of water and down it. In 2 days I can see my ankle bone again and my foot is stiff, but no pain until after several hours. 2 freaking days. Yep. This product is amazingly spectacular. Someone reviewed this product saying it tasted "porky". I'm here to say that it doesn't taste porky at all. It tastes exactly like it's name - Tumeric and Ginger with more of the emphasis on ginger. The taste is super strong but nothing I couldn't stomach, or I feel that anyone couldn't stomach. When I consumed it, I felt like I was taking in quality ingredients and my body felt the positive effects of it from the very first time serving. I am so pleased with this product, so much that I signed up for monthly delivery. I don't want to be without it! I loved all the items so much that I'll be getting all 6 of them on a monthly basis! I like the fact that it does help with my pain. The only thing I hate is the taste which is gross. I put it in my coffee with creamer to disguise the taste. I will continue using.

I purchased this product because I like the other Mary Ruth's products I've tried and recently read that Liposomal Turmeric was more readily absorbable than pills. I'm leaving this review because I WISH someone else would have stated how STRONG the ginger flavor is in this product. If you don't like ginger then you will NOT like this! I've tried it 3 times now and cannot get past the ginger taste. I've mixed it in water, juice and taken by itself and end up with spicy burps all day long afterwards. I really WISH this tasted better as I feel it would work, but wanted to add this review for anyone that's not a ginger fan like me. It might make a great Ginger Citrus salad dressing however! LOL Addendum to review: After reading my negative opinion of this product, the seller offered me a full refund of the purchase price which I did not accept as it wasn't their fault I don't like the flavor of ginger. Highly recommend this product for anyone who deals with inflammation and aches and pains. My daily aches and pains have subsided, my knees feel better, and my head feels clearer. Inflammation is the root of so many of our modern ailments and this product definitely has me feeling better after a week. I was worried about the taste and that first spoonful is a little daunting, but my goodness, it's like my body is craving this stuff. I always want another spoonful despite it not being traditionally delicious. The medicine goes down easy, but its not candy. I will definitely be buying this again. ... show more
