hing. I am very lazy. This year I really wanted to get healthy - mind and body - and in shape. I was looking for something that would give me the energy to get started. Amazing Grass Acai & Goji Green Superfood Berry Powder! 1st - The taste *** out of ***** - It isn't terrible or non drinkable. Its 100 times better than drinking raw spirulina powder & water. I mix it with Mio or Crystal Light and its pretty good. The Powder mixes easily in liquid. Its still a little grainy in texture but it doesn't bother me. 2nd Its a small container with a scoop included, just shake it around and it will surface. 1 serving is 1 scoop. 1 scoop = 2 teaspoons Its amazing how such a small amount can go such a long way! NOW THE GOOD STUFF 3rd THE BENEFITS!!! My experience Only! 1 scoop a day! 1. It keeps me full for about 3-4 hours. No hunger pains or sweet cravings. I drink it with 6oz of water then chase it with 20oz of warm water. 2. Amazing Energy & Endurance - Instantly Wakes me up, Like a get up and go feeling, I move faster, workout longer, breathe better, get stuff done quicker - lasts about 4-5 hours. (no jitters, no shakes, no crash) 3. Positive mood - Happy, excited, smiling a lot, just a great sense of well being. 4. Alert and focused - mentally clear 5. I take it a 1/2 hour before my workouts and I have strength and endurance. EXAMPLE - I try to do planks for core strength and I can't hold it more than 5-10 seconds. During my 1st workout after taking this I was amazed that I held it for 30 seconds. For a big girl like me thats amazing. So endurance yes, energy yes! And after the workout I wasn't tired or ready for a nap. I still had energy. I find things easier to do when I take this. Even cleaning the house is easier, I'm not constantly thinking OH I HATE DOING THIS. I just get it done. I know we all get tired around 3 pm. A few days ago I didn't sleep well and by 3pm I was nodding off and felt like I needed a nap. So I was like OKay I'm really tired right now lets see if this Stuff really works. I had 1 scoop with water, and then chased it with a big cup of room temp water. within seconds the tired feelings were all gone. I felt wide awake and was ready to go. No more nodding or yawning. No more laying down to rest. Just wide awake and alert. I was so happy, it actually works!!! powerful nutrition = positive energy! Just this alone with water. I now use it in the afternoons around 3 pm. It helps get me through the rest of the day. I have added a few things since I've started taking this, I drink this everyday Nature's Bounty Chocolate Protein Shake - 2 scoops Vitacost Whole Food Shake Vanilla - 2 scoops It has everything in it! Check it out! HIGH VITAMIN & MINERAL CONTENT! 1 tsp Vitacost Spirulina 1 cup soy milk 1 cup water 2 tbs peanut butter 1 tsp Healthworks Maca Blend and drink and the taste isn't bad at all. Amazing, Powerful, Nutritional breakfast! Keeps me full for over 5 hours. In the afternoon I have my Amazing Grass Green Superfood Acai & Goji Berry Powder I don't eat perfect everyday but I try to eat lean protein, broccoli, whole wheat pasta, bread, brown rice, Oatmeal, Ground Flax, and fruit. I have amazing energy all day. I lost some weight. And feel 100 times better. TIPS!!! Drink a lot of water with this, Spirulina makes your stools hard but drinking a lot of water will help. 8-12 8 oz glasses of water a day, very easy to do. Plus drinking 16 oz of water right after you take it helps get it into your system faster. I find warm water to be the best because that alone simulates & lubricates your intestines. I am tracking my results so when I lose more weight I will post pictures and update on my results.
