While setting this tub up I screwed in the drain nozzle through the drain port and the plastic nozzle broke off inside the threaded port. These parts feel cheaply made considering the cost of this item and this tub would benefit from metal ports and threading when it comes to the drain hole. I will be contacting this company for a refund and provide an update on their customer service. ... show more

The only problem we had is the white cover that goes inside wouldn't blow up. It had a hole in it and we weren't able to replace that.

I order this product but quality is not very good. The rubber is of cheap quality it can puncture the tub if you put this in your backyard or outdoor deck. I would not prefer this.

I purchased the Cold Pod so that my boyfriend and I could give cold plunging a try. It is large enough to completely sit down or if you prefer kneel in. It is collapsable but we keep it in the bathroom for early morning plunges before or after a workout. We have since added a chiller and filter to it so as to not have to fill it with ice constantly. If you would like to try cold plunging this is the best deal out there! It is sturdy, held up with a number of rods but also comes with a travel case for storage or on the go plunging.
