The laser comes unassembled and it's tough to build from the instructions. There are various videos on u tube that make the process easy. Had a problem a months after purchase and the service group was patient and helpful. Took a week to get the part but they were very easy too deal with.

I cannot say how this product works, because the ridiculous instructions were so unbelievably vague and left you having no idea if you assembled it properly! they need to understand that most people are new to laser cutters/engravers and should really add much more detailed instructions!

I received my engraver 10 days ago and finally got it going today. It came very well packed and you could tell it was a quality product upon opening it. There was everything you would need to assemble it and get it going. The enclosed software was unreadable but It was easy to find and download. The instructions are adequate, but brief. Here is what I found in assembly and testing. *Read the instructions carefully and carefully follow. *Be especially careful in adjusting the POM wheels. If they are too tight, the movement is jerky. *Don't get confused with the X and Y! plugs on the left side. I got them backwards and it took 3 emails to support before I finally figured out what was going on. *Email to support is answered withing 24 hours. Response came at 1 or 2 am the day after I sent my request. Once I got the XY correct, and the POM wheels adjusted, I could tell that I had it correct because when I used the Jog errors on the software, the Laser moved smoothly to the left, right, forward, and back. You can see in the power and speed test picture that at full power and slow speed it burns thru the first layer of 1/4" plywood. I recommend that you get the air pump as it can create a lot of smoke, and you should also have good ventilation. I don't think you can get a better 10W laser anywhere for the price. ... show more

Buenas tardes, la máquina se ve que es muy buena calidad, pero venía de fabrica suelto el lente de aumento del láser la rosca que trae el apriete de este venía suelto y se me rallo el lente y no deja pasar el láser a su alta potencia, trate de de retornarlo pero sale más caro el transporte de envío que la misma máquina. Y por lo tanto no pude pedir la garantía de esta. Agradeciendo por la atención que fue muy favorable al hacer el auxilio técnico. Pero no la pude retornar para su respectivo cambio. ... show more

I bought this one to do plywood boxes and I choose this because it claims it can cut 22mm (better than 3/4”) plywood. It won’t even cut 11/32” I’ve tried every single setting and combination of speeds etc. All it does is burn it. I’ve tried reaching out to the company. Nothing. They did send me a link for a bunch of no information videos. Like how to assemble it. Which wasn’t even correct. A frustrating little machine with no support. Buy something else. It does cut well if all you want to cut is balsa wood. Very sad. A waste of money. ... show more
