This is a good charger, works fine, reasonably priced, but giving it 4-stars because of delivery/shipping issues. It was delayed 3-4 weeks, amazon gave me notice & option to cancel, so that is good. I was not in a hurry, but of you were this could be an issue. Maybe it was just my order. I did have to push the battery into the charger until it "clicks". At first I just set it in the charger, it did not charge. I did not realize you need to push a little until it clicks and makes contact. I wonder if some of the "non-working" issues noted in the reviews were due to this? ... show more

Plugged it in, put a battery in and charging went well. I had purchased an off brand one hoping to save money and it was a total dud so was happy when this one arrived and did just what it was supposed to do. Great second charger for my Ryobi batteries.
