As of writing this review it's the fastest charger you can buy for DeWalt and I'm very impressed. It's built with the usual DeWalt high quality. It'll charge my completely drained 15 amp hour flex volt battery in a little over an hour, 12 amp hour flexible batteries in an hour or less, and 9 amp hour
flexible batteries in 45 minutes or less. Those are the three biggest batteries so anything smaller than those you're talking less than 30 minutes to charge. The unit comes with a built-in fan, is a lightweight and has a small footprint. Value for the money will be different for everyone but if you're a contractor who uses and needs your DeWalt battery is charged this item is invaluable. Yes it's a little expensive for a charger but there's nothing else out there like it. A good buy and would recommend.

This is a truly impressive battery charger for the DeWalt battery line. It fast-charges 20V MAX and FLEX-VOLT batteries with a 12 AMP charge rate capability. The batteries are charged very quickly in a two-stage charge protocol, and it has an internal fan to cool both the battery and the charger whil

So much faster than standard charger

I'm in the process of transitioning from 18v xrp batteries to the 20v max. My first 20v max charger (DCB 112) was unbearably slow, even with 2 AH packs. The DCB1112 charged my 5AH packs in no time. This is a massive upgrade over the basic charger, and worth every penny.

A Must Have if you Have High Ah Batteries.

I would have to over 3 hours for a 9ah flexvolt battery to charge from 0-100% and with this Super Fast Charger It charges in what seems to be Under an Hour. Which is Quite Impressive. And a must Have on your Dewalt Collection!

I should have got this 2 years ago. If you use any 60v tools, grinder, weed whacker, chainsaw etc. You eat through some batteries. This charges the big boys so fast. The cooling fan is what I think helps. I highly recommend this charger.

A must for high amp-hour Dewalt batteries.

I love this charger. If you own any dewalt batteries 6ah or larger, this is a must. I have several 9ah flex volts that I use in a chainsaw and this charges them faster than anything else.
