Husband has been using one of these (same brand) with his personal trainer. Trying to cut back on expenses so bought this for the house. Now both of us can use it. I was afraid it would be a big monstrosity attached to the wall, but it really is hardly noticeable.

This product is well made and works as advertised on a closed door. Bought this kit because it came bundled with the wall mount but haven't found it necessary to put that up. Would have given it 5-stars but I'm disappointed that they don't have a free version of the app that just shows you how to do suggested exercises correctly. Form is very important. Do some of these things incorrectly and you can hurt yourself. The app is set up to be like Pelaton, where you join instructor lead work out sessions. That may appeal to some but not me. Had to go looking for YouTube videos. Anyway, TRX, if you see this, please consider putting some basic instructional videos on mounting and form on the app for free access. All users will appreciate it and increases likelihood that novices will get most benefit without injury. ... show more

    • Lag bolts in wall mount have an exessively large socket size
Everything else is fine, but the lag bolts that come with the wall mount require a huge socket wrench head that doesn't come in your average set. I had to go to Lowes to get completely new lag bolts otherwise I would have had to spend 30$ buying a socket set just to get the 1 head I needed. Turning them by hand with a wrench is not an option, it gets way too difficult 3/4 the way down the lag bolt (I tried) ... show more

This is so easy to use. But don't be deceived, because easy doesn't mean useless. The day after my first 15 minute full body workout resulted in major muscle soreness, especially the glutes!
