Cheap readers often distort peripheral vision, but these lenses have no discernable distortions, which is outstanding at this price point. The cloth bags provided are a welcome addition. Maybe these won't get scratched up like the glasses they are replacing. The only negative is the edges of the lenses are not beveled or chamfered. The frames are small, almost child sized. The hinges have a spring feature that allows them to work on a larger face anyway. The optical clarity is not good, it almost feels like I’m looking through a light fog, and the lenses are easily scratched. These have affirmed what I already suspected, that I need reading glasses now. But the low quality of these is not what I am looking for.
