Jar arrived open. Jar was only half full and had product on the lid and down the side. Absolutely gross. I’ve ordered Truly products before and never had this issue. this was just totally disgusting.

This does make my skin soft. I was expecting a scrub but it is a smooth cream- but it works as a polish. It came completely compressed into a blob that filled less than half the jar so not as pretty as the pics. Not a great value- I used it 9 times and it was gone.
