The pictures shows my shirt taken out of the basket after being washed. It took less than two minutes to heat enough for me to use it. I only filled the water reservoir a little under half full and it steamed enough clothes for a family of five for church. I’ve been using a handheld steam for years and not having the bulk in hand to as extremely nice. There no trigger to pull, when it’s on it just produces steam. I do wish that there was a foot button or something to temporarily halt the steam. I also wish there was just a bard to hang clothes on to steam. I found the clips for pants to be difficult to use. I wish both the power cord and the hose were about a foot longer. Don’t use it next to a fire alarm sensor. It will set them off, I learn that the hard way and quickly. This works great for steaming clothes and its so much faster than ironing clothes. It steams for quite awhile and is very powerful. The steam time is well over 90 minutes and works for a long time. Would recommend to just steam whole closet cause this thing can get it done.

I don't know about commercial duty for this garment steamer as I'm not using this thing daily like you might if this were your job, but for the occasional user, this steamer works fine. I have wanted a full sized steamer for years. I have a hand held and its great but it really only works for small pieces. When I saw this as advertised as Heavy-Duty Commercial I was a bit skeptical but couldn't resist the good value. To say I am impressed is an understatement. It powers up quickly, the steam has a nice burst to quickly release set in wrinkles and it is easy to move around. This thing is just awesome. Sets up in no time, and pumps out so much steam almost absurdly fast after powering on. The unit itself is very well-built, and is apparent that it is commercial grade. It makes steaming such a breeze. I have been using a handheld steamer, which after getting this, I don't dread steaming now. I can get it done in a fraction of the time. One thing I would like to see is some sort of carry handle on the base unit. The only one is on the water reservoir, but it does not lock into place, so will just remove the reservoir when you lift it. I suppose the inclusion of wheels somewhat make up for this, and I imagine most people will just roll this into their closet when not in use (I place it on a shelf).
