These were purchased for my father who is in his 80s and having difficulty conversing with those around him. So far we are both happy with how these hearing aids have worked out. They are comfortable and have a good in-ear fit and the amplifier makes conversations crystal clear. Because they are small and look more like earbuds than hearing aids, my father doesn’t feel self concious wearing them and doesn’t have to worry about looking like an “old man” (his words, not mine!) There is a small dial on the outside of each aid for controlling the volume which makes it very convenient to fine tune the volume. This hearing aid is very small, even smaller than a fingertip. When worn in the ear, it's barely visible and feels comfortable. It doesn't cause any discomfort even during extended wear. Once it's adjusted for my grandfather, he doesn't need to readjust the volume anymore. The sound quality is excellent, and it has built-in noise reduction, effectively reducing background noise. This makes communication between me and my grandfather much smoother. He's very satisfied with the sound quality. Additionally, it comes with a battery case that has a magnetic effect. The earpiece easily attaches to the battery case, creating a secure connection. Charging is also convenient, as one charge lasts 48 hours, eliminating the need for frequent charging. These are the best hearing aids we have purchased and they work so well. I have damage hearing and they are super helpful to me on the lowest volume setting. Absolutely amazed by the quality of these amplifier aides, they are wonderful...so easy to use and insert in the ears and feel great there. I purchased them and am very happy with the product.
