    • 11 Programs are not 11 Selections
I bought these hearing aids thinking I would have 11 selections to choose from. I liked the idea that I could make that many choices. Why? Because I have an 87-year-old brother that had a stroke that affected his speech. I can barely understand him. So frustrating. I thought the advertised 11 programs were 11 tonal choices. No where in the advertisement or the information received was it explained that in fact you have only 3 choices for tone. I have a learning disability and spent a great amount of time trying to figure this out. Having said this, I want to say while I wish there were more choices like I thought I was getting, I do like the hearing aids, though I am not sure if this will help me to better understand my brother. Concerning this I am following the manufacturers directive to give it time. - On another note. The manufacturer speaks of (+) and (-) but does not explain which side this applies to the switch or if the switch has a center position. This omission might not seem a problem to most people but to me just trying to learn the device was a huge hurdle. At any rate, the quick response of the manufacturer was that the sound tube side of the switch is the (+) side. Hope this helps in your selection. ... show more

    • Not waterproof as Amazon has advertised in product heading!!
Amazon needs to remove the "waterproof" from product heading. This is false and misleading to consumer. I am returning

    • I can hear & understand words again
I loved how easy it was to start using these aids. I am totally deaf in my left ear & had a careless accident at a shooting range that affected 50% of my right ears hearing. I am under doctors care hopeful that my hearing will return, these are the answer to my prayers. Life is filled with many unforeseen events, I am grateful these were readily available as a solution. Very comfortable too & barely noticeable that I have it on. I only need the right one since my left ear is not correctable. Will have to check off only one side option is available. Update: Recently having trouble with feedback & shrill sound while wearing with lots of background noise picked up. While I stick to my review that these are a good option, be advised this is my review based on my level of aid needed/looking to correct. ... show more

    • Hard to get used to
My $4,000 hearing aids broke so I bought these. I didn't want to spend a lot of money. they work, they're a little uncomfortable compared to the more expensive ones but I guess they're okay if you can't afford the better ones. I'm not unhappy that I bought them.
