These aren't perfect, in the wrong sized room and with a large crowd everything becomes garbled. But in the best conditions hearing was 75% better and that's a win. With the price point where it is it will get us by until medicare kicks in.

it's.a hearing aid,.definitely not an ampliflier. works.well and hides well behind the ears. I only use them in crowded noisy places which is where i have difficulty, helps me not ask that an annoying question "what dis he say?"
