Let me just address this up front: this speaker is not a powerhouse in the same way that a small EV is not going to pull a semi truck load. It's important to have proper expectations for something and realize that there are different tools and sizes for different purposes. In both cases physics is going to be the limitation. So yes, the bass from these Nimo speakers will not rattle your teeth, but nor will any mini form factor speaker. They do have a small passive radiator that will provide some bass and vibration , but it doesn't travel far. You can hear more bass by bringing these closer to your head though (again, physics) They do sound great and crisp, and really shine when part of a stereo pair. These stereo sounds awesome and has distinct left and right channels. I like the metal build which gives me confidence I can throw these in a bag and take them anywhere. They are really small and you could easily fit two inside a 12oz soda can. Bluetooth 5.3 & True Wireless Stereo along with USB-C charging is a win. I'm not a fan of the tiny buttons and sometimes understanding which button to do what is requires the manual. Also one strange thing: in the manual it indicates the bottom of the bass radiator is a reset button. The bass radiator moves with music and is obviously not a button. where is the reset button? Is there one? Good value when discounted. Just do yourself a favor and buy two. ... show more

These are packaged really well and from the moment I opened the packaging I was very impressed. The fit and finish is top-notch and comparable to Bose and Apple products. For the size I think the sound is really good. The only complaint I have is the tiny multi-purpose button. It's space-saving but is a little too small for my liking. Doesn't matter, I still love this little set. My wife is a realtor and uses these in open houses just to provide some background noise that sounds infinitely better than the speaker on her phone.     • Just can't get the color I chose
1st, Ordered the green and got a gold. I really didn't like the way the gold one looked personally. I tried ordering a replacement and still got sent another gold. Looking at the box the sticker on the bottom says green but if you simply open the flap of the box you'd see it's gold so they mislabeled the boxes. 🤦♀️ It's a good little speaker. Much more bass than you would expect for the size, gets down to about 80hz just fine, and is tuned pretty warm so it sounds quite nice and definitely better than the price or cost would suggest. Size is almost as small as a speaker worthy of owning can really get, and being able to pair 2 together in stereo is a big plus, but you can only get them about 4 feet apart before they start losing each other. Overall, this is probably the best speaker of this size/class, and it's built like a tank. Would recommend especially for gifts, just don't buy green/gold. 😂 ... show more
