I ordered this item per descriptions and features shown in picutre. Auto flush button is missing as shown in figure. THey have sent wrong model to me. I tried contacting customer service and there is no response from them. I got it installed with professional plumber. It did work for 2 months and now the remote does not work. I tried all knds of tricks to re-connect remote - still no luck. very poor quality. Do not waste your time and money buying from Trine.:( ... show more

    • Great toilet, great price!
We purchased this toilet for our master bedroom and it has been great! We have enjoyed the many features and feel they were well worth the money. In the past I have been able to use other, more expensive toilets and the price for this one is much better and the features are equal! I like the seat warmer and the night light-both are great during the middle of the night when it is chilly and I am unsure where the toilet is in the dark (I don’t turn on lights because then the kids think it is time to get up for the day!) It is also nice for the times that my kids use the bathroom (although they are not supposed to use ours)-one of our younger boys forgets to flush and the automatic flush feature does it for him! The child lock feature is also great for our toddler who likes to “explore” our bathrooms-no need to worry about him throwing anything in the toilet bowl! I also love the bidet features-it saves on some toilet paper costs! I would recommend this toilet to anyone-especially for the great price! ... show more
