My product arrived timely, in a badly damaged box. Upon inspecting the items, it was noted that the table tennis board had a rip in it. I immediately contacted Amazon, and was told I would need to ship the entire item back. I explained to the representative that the item weighed more than 200 lbs. I was told, I would have to ship the entire item back for an exchange. I discussed it with the kids and they wanted to keep it. Assembling the product was tedious and exhausting. We had to drill our own holes so the pieces would line up. I was extremely disappointed with this product. The product is sturdy, once assembled but not worth the money.     • Great table, only slightly hard to put together
I was afraid to buy this, based on so many bad reviews here and on other websites. I bought it from Amazon, but it was actually sold and shipped by Wayfair. It arrived a day earlier than promised and with only one little tear in the box, which later revealed no damage to the parts inside. I was quite concerned about getting it to the playroom upstairs, as my husband said 2 men struggled to get it off the truck, up our walk, and into our foyer. A few days later my son and I tackled the box. It was well packaged, and the whole top came off, which was great, as the table itself would have been too heavy to slide out. Once we removed the top of the box, we found the pool table felt board lifted up and revealed all the other parts packed inside. JACKPOT! Once we removed the parts and carried those upstairs, the table itself was easy enough for my 13 year old and I to manage. After reading the reviews I was afraid of putting it together. The only "non-pre-drilled" holes problem I encountered was on the pool table side where you put the plastic bumpers on. 3 of them screwed in easily, and the other 3 I ended up hammering the screws in. Problem solved. Although the directions say it takes 2 adults to put it together, the only thing I needed another for was to lift the table onto the stand. Other than that, I would say an average-ly mechanical person could put it together in about 4 or 5 hours. (I spread that over 2 days). I was missing 2 screws and 1 washer, but was able to make do without them. And sometimes the directions told you the right things to do and sometimes it was the pictures, so just be patient and use both. Some reviews said the air hockey fan wasn't strong enough. We haven't had that issue. All in all, I would recommend this. I only gave it the 4 stars instead of 5 because of the 3 missing fasteners and the few missing holes. ... show more

I had read the reviews before purchasing this item, so I was aware that broken parts due to packaging could be an issue. The first one that did come did have cracks in the legs and in the billiard table so I called Amazon immediately. Although the second one didn't get to us in time for Christmas it was in much better condition. However, there was a crack in one of the sides, luckily they hadn't picked up the other one yet so we were able to swap parts. Now that it is all put together, we love it. I bought this sport table ~ 5 months ago. It has 4-in-1 functions: Air hockey, pool, pingpang, and football. Considering price of $430, I think it is an OK table but not a great one. Therefore I scored it as 3. PROS (1) 4-in-1. It has four functions, but most time I played the air hockey with my kid. (2) Full-set accessory. It includes a set of pool balls, 2 pool cues, and 2 pingpang bats. (3) Both adults and children can play it together. However be careful-- the height is not adjustable! When I play with my kid, my wife needs to watch him since the kid has to stand on a stool. CONS (1) The height is NOT adjustable. This is a biggest issue to me. Although you can fine tune the level about 1 cm, that is it. The table is about 31" high. It is definitely too high for a 3 or 4 years old children to play. (2) Very heavy package. Most of pieces are made of composite woods but not solid woods. I think its weight is over 100lbs. If your playroom in the 2nd floor, you better carry it with someone else. (3) Big footprint: 72" long, 32" wide, and 31" high. You better have a big playroom to keep it (4) Big effort for assembling. I agree with other reviewer. Assembling is not an easy job. It took me at least 2.5 hours to get it done. (5) Uneven air vent for air hockey. Airflow radiates from the center hole, so there is less air almost no air flow from the edges and corners.
