It's a nice, light comforter that seems to be well made. The colors are vivid and I love the design. I haven't washed it yet so I can't comment on that, except to say I do think I will wash it on delicate setting, in cool water and dry it on low heat. Just to be sure. I bought a queen size and it seems to cover nicely. Not a huge amount over the sides of the mattress but enough. I bought a second one to put over a couch I have. It really brightened up the room! Has a beautiful quilted look! My only complaint is wasn't true to color. It wasn't the gorgeous light aqua as picture. It more gray with seashells having a tan look. It still is light blue just not as bright light hue as pictured. Very nice pattern and love the quilt feel with a light weight.
