There was a sight delay because of Covid but it was only a couple of weeks which I found acceptable under the circumstances. A representative called when they received the order to tell me of the delay and ask if I still wanted the beds delivered which I found to be extremely considerate as many companies don't make the effort. When I received the bed I set it up as triple bunks. Then I gave it the ultimate test by having great 8 grandchildren between the ages of 3-13 come visit for the weekend. They did their best to climb, jump, crawl, and misbehave on the beds and were unable to do any damage whatsoever. That was a month ago and they have visited each weekend w/o being able to cause any damage. If the beds stand up to these 8 then the beds will stand up to anything!!!! ... show more

This product was packaged very well. Initially, I was doubtful because of the condition of the box (shipping companies tender care...) - i was thinking something might be missing to my surprise nothing was. The product itself is excellent the only thing I added was grip tape to the ladder for added support climbing the ladder for kids that love to wear socks the paint on the parts is super smooth. Note the bunk bed frame works well with twin beds 7-10"...I kind of pushed it using a 12" mattress, wouldn't really recommend but I got a great deal on my mattresses. I can say a twin xl might fit as well...there were a total of 4in or so gap after I place the my mattresses in. ... show more

I would buy this triple bunk bed again. However I would raise the bottom bed instead of thinking it was ok to put on the floor like they show in the pictures. It’s been about 3 years but we recently found mold growing on the mattress and slats of that bottom bed. We replaced the moldy parts and bought 7.25” risers to put under the bottom beds feet. Triple bunks went together well only one glitch...support board brackets mounted on outside caused confusion but easily fixed. Recommend using a power driver, lots and lots of bolts.

    • Fun bed but slide hurts!
Size: Twin/Twin /Twin Color: White With Slide
We bought this for our very adventurous ( and tough I might add) boy! He is obsessed with slides and we were really excited about the slide. Sadly the lip at the end of the slide hurts the kids when they go down. We have tried multiple solutions (pool noodle, homemade pad, and other things to soften the landing) but none of them have helped. My husband luckily is a carpenter and will remake the slide but definitely disappointed. Especially with the price of the bed. ... show more
